Excellent Safari in Tanzania
We added a 4 day safari after climbing Kilimanjaro and had an amazing time. We visited Tanganyete and Ngorongoro, saw all of the major wildlife and stayed in 2 wonderful hotels. Our guide was excellent and I would recommend this company highly.

Absolutely great service and communication with Frank. Would recommend.
The communication with this company was excellent, Frank was always available to support and answer any questions. He arranged our airport taxis for us as well as the safari. The safari was brilliant we visited 3 parks and Frank arranged our flights and accommodation which all went smoothly. Our safari guide Laurent was brilliant and we say many animals which made our holiday! The lunch provided on safari exceeded our expectations as it was home cooked meals. The heart and soul lodge was very beautiful. I would use them again for all trips and excursions.

Our 6-day safari was a dream come true. The nature, the animals, the poeple! We felt in love with tanzania.
It was very well organised and the accommodations were so great with excellent food, which made the whole experience even more enjoayable.
Our driver was highly skilled and professional and made a lot of fun with my Kid. Thanks to all who made this trip so amazing!

When your dream comes true , Kilimanjaro Unforgettable deserves its name .
My 5 days safari has started in Arusha on September 19 . As it was my first time I was excited .The driver Gabriel was waiting for me at my hotel with his Toyota vehicle ready for an exited adventure .Of course I did not that when we started driving and leaving the city .The 3 beautiful national parks ( Taranguire -Serengenti-Ngorongo) was waiting for us with its incredible wildlife .Elephants on the road side was my first meeting with wilds animals. The zebras was the next step , following by the autruches . Of course we can not forget my first lunch time in the middle of a national park , very well organized with the table , tablecover , napkins,etc.. During these 5 days the same ritual was observed with professionnal skills .We follow our journey to meet the girafes when it was time to reach our first lodge just on time for the sunset .I would say a 5 star lodge with a pool .The dinner was excellent .My first night in such a lodge was memorable .And so on the following day we start another adventure at the Ngorongo park ,following by the Seregenti .We could see a group of hippopotamus was taking a bath , a female lion with its babies taking a nap ,etc... All these 5 days went fine and unfortunately time pass by so quickly .No regret for choosing Kilimanjaro Unforgettable as the tour value for money for what I have seen .

The trip was magical and our guide Minja took us to many unforgettable memories.
We visited Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. We could have skipped the last park as it wasn't so wow...

Amazing and unforgetable experience
Frank arranged a private tour for us 6 days on safari and the same on Zanzibar with boat beach and Stone Town visits. Both ur guides, Gabi on safari and Iddi in Zanzibar were amazing, knowledgeable, thoughtful and good fun to be with - nothing was too much trouble for either of them. We visited Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and 3 days in the Serengeti and then Stone Town, Prison Island Nakupenda Sandbank, safari blue, Mnemba Atol, snorkeling, boat trips and loads of seafood served on the beach, can't thank Kilimanjaro Unforgettable (Frank, Gabi and Iddi) enough for making our trip so amazing and truly unforgetable.

Customer satisfaction taken to the next level!
I cannot recommend highly enough Kilimanjaro Unforgettable! They went above and beyond to make us happy. Everything was organized impeccably, the communication was super easy and prompt, the accommodations they have offered were outstanding, the food was the best we ever had! One of the selected accommodations was fully booked and they offered a free of charge upgrade. Our driver, Erick, made sure all the time we were safe and took care of us. But want impressed us the most was how they organized our son's birthday. Athumani surprised us with a Maasai welcoming at the airport! On the last day when they dropped us at the airport we saw our return flight to Zanzibar had a 3h delay. I texted Athumani that our flight was delayed and even though it was out of their control, they immediately called us, talked to the airline personnel and rebooked us to an earlier flight. They are simply amazing!

Nothing was a problem with Kilimanjaro Unforgettable
We have just returned from an incredible family holiday in Tanzania & Zanzibar. After contacting several agencies , I decided to go with Kilimanjaro Unforgettable and kept in touch with Frank. Step by step Frank tailored our holiday to our needs ensuring we would make the most of it and have the best itinerary. We travelled as a family with three teenagers. He was always available and replied very promptly and politely. I changed lodges/hotels a number of times till I was satisfied and convinced I was choosing the right place for my family. Frank was very patient throughout and always accommodated! We didn’t have to think of anything once we were there as everything was taken care of and we had a fantastic holiday. We told Frank we would like to visit a couple of child centers/orphanages and this was also organised en route to our game drives. On a couple of occasions we accidentally left things behind and Frank very kindly organised to have them delivered to us!
