Extraordinary Safaritrip, excellent service
Asante sana, to all the people from ‘Travel to Africa’ who made our 2-day-Safari Trip to Ngorongoro and Tarangire an unforgettable experience. Special thanks go to our driver Godfrey, who knew all about the animals, plants and landscape and who had the pacience for all questions and requests. And finally worth mentioning the Tanzanians, who are extremely friendly and hospitable. Thanks to all of you!!!

Dishonest company
Booked and paid for safari back in may in FULL to then have to pay a further 1130 dollars to actually get our safari we had to pay the entrance fees and the driver or we wouldn’t of had one! He promised to return all the money! Lies and fobs you off avoid unless you want your trip to be ruined and leave you with no money for the rest of your trip

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret the financial inconvenience and stress you experienced during your safari. We fully acknowledge that the additional costs arose due to internal issues on our side, and we take responsibility for the situation.
Before your departure, we were able to settle 40% of the additional amount on your behalf, and we also discussed with you a plan for the remaining balance to be settled in instalments. Our intention throughout was to ensure that your safari could proceed and that you were not left without the necessary arrangements.
We understand that having to deal with unexpected expenses during a holiday is extremely frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We also regret that your experience has left you feeling dissatisfied with our service.
We remain committed to fulfilling our responsibility regarding the outstanding amount as discussed and hope that, despite this unfortunate situation, we can resolve the matter fairly and restore your confidence in our company.
