Fantastic from start to finish
We chose Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris from the vast array of options and couldn’t be happier!
The communication from Juventus is second to none, answering any questions we had in record time and he is so polite and courteous too!
Coming from the UK, we were hesitant about using bank transfers for significant amounts of money; we needn’t have worried as all went smoothly using Wise which had the lowest fees. Juventus provides other options where you can also use a credit card should you wish, to spread the cost or for greater peace of mind.
We were collected promptly from our hotel on the first day of our safari with a smooth transfer to Zanzibar airport. After landing in Arusha we were met by Aslam, our guide for the safari and we set off for Tarangire National Park.
Aslam is an absolute gent and a truly amazing and very experienced guide. His knowledge of the animals, the culture, the Masai and, well everything we asked him, was impeccable. We learnt so much on our trip, which also covered the Ngorongoro Crater (our favourite of the trip) and Lake Manyara. Aslam was able to spot so many animals and get us into great positions for the best view.
We saw so many animals and birds there are far too many to mention, but we were lucky enough to see Rhino’s accidentally disturbing a Hyena as they crossed the plains, right before crossing the road in front of us. Lions up close, so many elephants, and even some babies.
We also could not forget to mention our accommodation which we selected from the options Juventus provided. Escarpment Luxury Lodge is a wonderful place, the staff there are so attentive ensuring you have an amazing time and the food is fantastic.
Each evening Juventus checked in with us to ensure we were happy and had enjoyed our day. While we did not have any issues, I’m confident Juventus would resolve anything in short order.
All in all we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris to anyone. If you are planning a safari you can trust Juventus to arrange it all for you and if Aslam is available he will be your perfect guide.

An unforgettable Safari Trip with Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris
We just finished our 3-day Tanzania safari with Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris, and our guide Lucas made it absolutely unforgettable. If you’re booking a safari, request him you won’t regret it.
We visited Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara National Park and saw incredible amount of wildlife, including the Big Five (5). Lucas always knew where to go and could spot animals we would have driven right past. His knowledge of the animals and ecosystems made every sighting even more special for us.
He’s also an excellent driver guide. He was patient, never rushed us, and made the whole trip feel relaxed and personal. He even took amazing photos and videos for us throughout the trip and shared them with us. We also loved the cultural experience he arranged at Maasai, and the lodge we stayed at was fantastic.
Lucas is friendly, professional, and truly passionate about what he does. We’re already talking about coming back again and would choose Lucas again to be our driver guide without hesitation. Highly recommend Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris and Lucas to anyone planning a Tanzania safari.

2. An unforgettable experience in Tanzania We had an incredible safari experience,
Lucas truly went above and beyond to give us the best possible wildlife experience. He worked hard to track animals, positioned the vehicle perfectly for photos and viewing, and shared his knowledge in a way that made every sighting even more special. His patience and dedication really stood out and he never rushed and always made sure we had the best views possible.

Choosing Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris was the absolute best decision we could have made for our trip. Even with a short schedule, they managed to cram in everything we wanted to do: visiting Serengeti, Tarangire, Ngorongoro, searching for serval cats, and experiencing a breathtaking hot air balloon ride.
Thanks to our amazing guide, Aslam, we were able to see almost every animal we hoped for, capped off by the wildebeest river crossing, which was a truly awe-inspiring spectacle that will stay with us for a lifetime. Aslam’s expert judgment, deep knowledge, and incredible ability to predict wildlife movements and position the vehicle perfectly made all the difference. Beyond his tracking skills, his warm smile and thoughtful personality completely won us over.
He also went above and beyond with the little details, providing warm picnic lunches, plenty of drinking water and soft drinks, and even taking us to local shops whenever we needed to pick up extra items. We couldn't have asked for a better safari experience!

Amazing tour thanks to flexible planning and experienced driver
My fiancé and I were taking a private 5-day safari tour with Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris and to sum it up, we can absolutely recommend the operator as well as our driver Lukas.
We hat planned to be piced up at the airport in the morning directly after our departure so we could start our safari tour immediately. Unfortunately, our flight and therefore our planned arrival time was changing several times due to filight changes and delays. Fortunately, we could always text with the organiser of our tour and even short therm changes due to the changed flight were no problem. We were glad that Serengeti Unforgettable Tours showed flexibility and could pick us up at a different time and airport.
We were glad that the pickup was smooth and we could start with the tour immediately. Our driver Lukas was very experienced and was an amazing driver. He could tell us a lot about the wildlife and nature. Additionally, a very friendly trainee was joining us, he could also tell us a lot about the animals and was even able to speak german with us. For us, having the driver and the trainee on our Safari was very practical. For example when one was taking care of a park entrance paperwork the other one could show us around, or while on the look out for animals, both could help us identify them. We really enjoyed being with them.
The car itself was very spaceous and clean and we could always get cooled water or coke to drink. What we also really liked was the food. While breakfast and dinner were always at our lodges, lunch was during the tour. There usually were spots where we could go to and eat the food that was prepared for us. It was always more than enough, tasty and for vegetarians as well as for people who eat meat.
The most amazing part of our Safari was, of course, the wildlife itself. The different parks we visited were all very different and unique in there own way with different plants and animals. Therefore we definiely recommend the 5-day tour, because there was nothing we would have skipped. We could see animals up close, including all the big 5 and many more. We were even so lucky that we could see a lion hunting. The safari was truely a unique experience and we can absolutely recommend.

Our 3-day safari to the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire National Park was an absolutely unforgettable experience! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish, making the trip completely stress-free.
The Serengeti exceeded all our expectations. We saw an incredible variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and many more. Visiting the Ngorongoro Crater was also an unforgettable experience, with its breathtaking scenery, amazing concentration of animals, and the incredible opportunity to see rhinos in their natural habitat. In Tarangire National Park, we were lucky enough to spot a cheetah, which was a real highlight of the trip
Our guide Aslam was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and always eager to make sure we had the best possible experience. He shared fascinating information about the animals, the parks, and Tanzanian culture.
The accommodations and meals were excellent, and the entire itinerary was well planned. We always felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of.
We highly recommend this safari to anyone visiting Tanzania. Thank you for an amazing adventure—we would do it again in a heartbeat!

Professional, responsive and helpful
Having been in safari near Kruger National Park earlier in our trip, we were cautiously optimistic that our Serengeti experience would complement our African holiday. We were not disappointed!
From the outset, our guide Aslam was friendly and engaging, helpful and patient. He really made sure that we were able to see everything we wanted to and his genuine joy in his job and sharing the wonder of his country made our experience super special.
We are grateful to Juventus and Serengeti Unforgettable Safaries for organising our trip, which was complex given our home country, and always being available with anything we needed - even going the extra mile to help out with issues outside our tour such as airline communications. They really helped ensure the Tanzanian leg of our trip was enjoyable.
