5 day safari went without a hitch. Sharon took care of absolutely everything without a worry from us
You would think with thousands of animals in the park, it would be easy to spot them. But in a national park the size of Belgium, trust me it's not! You need a professional, experienced driver to guide you round. This is what we got with Adrian. We would be driving for ages and see only the odd solitary animal. Then after constant communication on the radio he led us to what was one of the best experiences of our lives. Parking up in the middle of a herd of elephants over 50 strong. Hearing them gurggle and trumping there trunks, just metres away from us, was truly amazing. Parking up at a picnic site, where a pack of lions were just lazing on the tables under the shade after a big kill the night before. I cannot praise Serengeti Sunrise enough for what they delivered. Constant communication from start to finish. Every question answered and any worry quashed. What we got was and will be an amazing, unforgettable experience. The campsite in the Serengeti was an experience to be remembered, lying in our beds and hearing lions roar from outside was a bit scary at first then you realise you are absolutely safe with staff on the campsite. I would like to thank the staff at the campsite for being very welcoming and friendly. The food that we had throughout the safari was excellent, with a wide range of choice and with our driver finding some spectacular picnic sites. So I would highly recommend Sharon our tour consultant from Serengeti Sunrise tours for organising absolutely every. From flights and transfers and for all aspects of the safari. I would also like to give a big thank you to our driver Adrian, who made this experience truly unforgettable.

I’ll be honest, at the beginning we were a little skeptical. Booking such a big overseas trip from the other side of the world felt like a leap of faith. But from our very first conversations, Didas put us completely at ease. His communication was outstanding. He answered every question, and there were plenty! The planning was seamless from start to finish, and everything happened exactly as promised. It made the whole experience completely stress-free.
Once we arrived, Rajab took over, and he was simply next level. His knowledge of the parks and wildlife was incredible, and he always seemed to know exactly where to be at the right time. He worked so hard to make sure we had the best possible sightings and shared so much about the animals, the culture, and Tanzania along the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his passion for what he does really shines through.
Looking back, there isn’t a single thing we would change. The service from the first email through to the end of our safari has been flawless. We felt genuinely looked after every step of the way, and the memories we’ve made will stay with us forever.

Wonderful 3-day safari
We had a wonderful 3-day safari with Serengeti Sunrise Safaris. During the trip, we visited three beautiful national parks and saw many different animals. It really was a special experience.
We stayed at Farm of Dream Lodge, where it was incredibly beautiful and we
enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and stunning surroundings.

Communication went smoothly. Our questions were answered quickly and everything was well organized.

Amazing Personalized Experience
We had the most incredible 3-day safari with Serengeti Sunrise Safaris! Every single detail of our trip was thoughtfully and carefully planned from start to finish.
We traveled with our three kids to experience the beauty of Tanzania while celebrating our birthdays and our anniversary, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better experience.
A huge thank you to Sharon, our coordinator, who thought of absolutely everything. From the personalized tire covers on our safari vehicle to the amazing choice of hotels, every detail made us feel special and well cared for.
Our guide, Emmanuel, went above and beyond to make the trip unforgettable. Along the way, he surprised us with a special birthday celebration where a team welcomed us with a birthday song and a delicious cake. It was such a heartfelt moment and one of the most memorable birthdays I've ever had.

Excellent, well organised and great value
We only had 1 issue, and that was paying the deposit for the booking, and that’s more to do with Tanzanian IT / payment systems I think as we had similar issues getting our visas! It took several attempts to make it work and of course you start having doubts and then double-checking that you’ve not paid twice - but in the end it was all good.
The communications were excellent and arrangements to collect us from our hotel in Zanzibar, take us to the airport for the flight to Arusha and be collected by our Safari guide were all flawless.
Our guide Abdul was brilliant - giving us information about the local area on the way to the national park and answering any and all questions we had - about the area, the wildlife , the locals, the motorbikes - anything!
The jeep - a Toyota Landcruiser Safari truck was excellent and capable of going absolutely anywhere needed on the Safari. We managed to see almost everything (no cheetah and the leopard was too far away to get a good picture) but that’s the luck of the draw when on safari.
We had lunch provided every day and would stop at picnic sites for a break and this was very nice.
Our 2.5 day safari went to Tarangire Park, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara with 2 nights hotel near Ngorongoro.

Best family holiday experience
We booked a safari with SSS and we couldn’t be more happy with the service we received. Sharon’s communication throughout the whole booking experience was excellent. She was always happy to answer questions and responded promptly to all messages on WhatsApp.
our guide was Abdul and he was so lovely and we really enjoyed our safari with him. He was really kind with my children answering questions constantly and nothing seemed too much trouble.
We managed to see all the big 5 and had a brilliant few days away. My feedback for anyone else booking is take a jacket as it can be cold in the morning and evenings and we just went with shorts and t shirts.
I would definitely recommend this company. We were totally satisfied with our trip!
