Wonderful safari and amzing guide
We had a wonderful two-day safari, with an overnight stay at Salt Lick Safari Lodge and a full day in Tsavo East. The lodge itself was an incredible experience: a large herd of elephants walked right beneath our room, and the next morning a lion came to drink at the waterhole!
Our guide was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and respectful towards the animals. We learned so much about different species and their behaviour. The itinerary was very well organised, with long days but enough time to rest and enjoy the experience.
A fantastic safari and an unforgettable way to experience Kenya’s wildlife!

2 Day Tsavo and Tahita Hills, with Salt lick stay
We had a 2 day private safari in Tsavo East and Tahita hills, staying overnight at Salt lick lodge.
Our experience with Baby Bird was 10/10, the guide was very knowledgeable and with his expertise we saw many Elephants, Zebras, Giraffes, Wildebeest and a whole load of other animals.. the cream of the crop being two pairs of Lions and a family of Cheetahs.
One thing that stuck with us was that the guide was just as excited to see the animals as we were despite his 21 years experience.

Precise, professional, competent, and very personable.
We went on safari in Taita Hills on the 6th and 7th, including a night game drive, with Grace and Festas; it was truly a wonderful experience. We want to give special praise to our guides, who were incredibly helpful and enthusiastically shared their knowledge about the animals. We have been on safari before, but this was an exceptional experience—one we would love to repeat—as we saw a wide variety of animal species accompanied by expert commentary from our guides. Thank you, Grace and Festas, for everything and for your friendly, engaging personalities.

Perfect experience
Booked my safari with Baby bird tours and it was a perfect, smooth and carefully planned experience (with a beautifully detailed itinerary). We unfortunately had to change our original planned date due to cancelled flights and there were so helpful in rearranging everything including our lodge accommodation.
We got a private tour so were able to tailor the safari to what we needed. Festus our tour guide was very knowledgeable and had amazing vision and was able to spot so many animals before we could which was an added bonus. We had lovely conversations about life in Kenya and it was truly a beautiful experience. Recommending them to my friends who wish to book safaris!

Great experience
We joined a 4 days safari among amboseli, theirs hills and tsavo with the guide Cris and the driver Ali.

It was a fantastic tour and a truly special experience that we will not forget anytime.
We were traveling with our driver Omar, and we can absolutely recommend him. His calm, thoughtful, and friendly manner played a major role in making this safari such a special experience for us. We were also very impressed by how many languages he speaks fluently and how attentive he was to us throughout the entire tour.
Even when we had a car breakdown in Tsavo National Park, Omar remained completely calm, made sure we were doing well, and organized everything so that we were able to continue the tour with him as planned.
We saw many animals, and Omar always gave us as much time as we wanted. He was very flexible and always took our wishes into account, so we never felt rushed.
Communication with Baby Bird Tours and Safaris was also excellent from the very beginning. Whenever we had a question, we received a quick, friendly, and helpful response.
The payment process was also very easy and straightforward, and we were able to pay conveniently through the well-known booking and payment platform WeTravel.

Family Safari
The baby bird team, and especially our guide Festus were our perfect partners for visiting Amboseli National Park.
We traveled with our three kids and got an incredibly unique insight into Kenya’s wildlife. Festus took perfectly care about our needs, and gave us the feeling to view the sceneries through the eyes as a local. We were lucky to enjoy the park without any clouds above Kilimanjaro, which gave our experience a Magical touch.
We highly recommend Baby Birds and would be happy to be able to discover more of Kenya’s wildlife very soon.

Amazing safari trip!
We booked 2 night/ 3 day safari with baby bird. Chin and Chris were lovely. We had good communication before we arrived in Kenya.
We requested 2 nights at salt lick but one was at Taita Hills resort, which to be fair was just as nice. Beautiful surroundings. Both hotels were great- clean, good food, welcoming staff.
Baby bird had clear agenda and were always on time to collect us and drop us off. The Jeep was fun, quite old and full of character, just want is needed when on safari. Lots of water provided throughout.
The team did there best to show us all the animals in both Tsavo East and Taita Hill reserve. We were very luck and saw so many an amazing animals, it was like being in a wild life documentary,including a female lion, male lion and 4 cubs waiting for their mother… it was a dream! The team told us lots about all the animals and had great knowledge. They were quiet on day one- and so were we, but as we asked more questions it got better- ask questions! We had a great time! Would recommend highly. Thank you- we also got great photos!
