Adventure of a lifetime, my boyhood dreams come true!
Going on an African safari has always been a dream of mine, so when the opportunity arose I made sure to do my research when selecting a tour. Sureway Tours came recommended from family friends and they did not disappoint. The guide Mike and driver John were highly knowledgeable of Masai Mara region and spoke fluent English. The accommodation was well maintained, food provided was quite good, pickup and drop off for the tour was to the doorstep. Overall I was very happy with the tour and managed to see all of the big five and much more.

Surway Tours made our trip easy and accomodated us in every aspect from housing, multiple resorts, and transportation, to even booking stuff for a wedding we were having there and getting good group discounts! The safari was awesome, Lake Naivasha was amazing, and the coast was awesome too! Thanks Mike! Top notch service!

Most amazing experience of a lifetime!!!!
Sureway Tours did an absolutely AMAZING job helping to make a vacation of a lifetime come true. They took care of everything from arranging transportation, several different lodging locations, and amazing excursion/sightseeing activities. We had a large group to accommodate, Sureway Tours never ceased to amaze us. The drivers we had were very knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to accommodate our crazy ideas/schedules. We went on Safari and had a great time; the lodging and food was impeccable, and the safari itself, you can not even put it into words how awesome it is to see wildlife and nature in its natural habitat. What I thought was going to be a "once in a lifetime trip" turned out to be an "eye-opening, when can I go back?!" trip, and all thanks to Sureway Tours, and of course the beautiful, friendly country of Kenya!!!!

Sureway safaris is an outstanding company which provides fantastic tours to their clients. They also have well trained guides who not only give guide to tourists but are also educators. Their ways of communication are up to standard and their staff are able to speak foreign languages which ease communication with their clients. Their services are quality, fast and reliable. They have always lived up to my expectations all the time am on safari with them because their packages are affordable and all inclusive from transport, accommodation, meals and safaris. All their safaris ranging from luxury to budget are full of adventures and amazing experiences. I would recommend everyone to try Sureway because this company is unique and cannot be compared to any other I love their safaris.

Sureway Tours will guarantee a safe and memorable trip!
It can get extremely overwhelming planning the perfect trip with all the different agents and packages available. The reason I chose Sureway Tours over the rest is because of their prompt responses. I only had two weeks to plan a 7-day trip to Kenya, and they immediately understood my urgency and sent an itinerary right away, including all the locations and details I asked for. Though it was peak season, they still managed to book us rooms in over-booked hotels due to their well established relationships with the various hotels. They were very easy to contact and always promptly replied to e-mails.
My family and I had the greatest time in Kenya. John and Joe are such genuine men who are so passionate about their country. They were enthusiastic the entire trip! They were so informational teaching us fun facts about each animal, introducing us to Kenyan music and so much more. In just 7 days, they managed to show us things that would usually require at least 2 weeks. They went out of their way to ensure we saw the big 5 and other hot spots that make Kenya the beautiful country that it is. They catered to our every need and more. For someone looking for a genuine, trust worthy company who will exceed your every expectation of Kenya, I guarantee this company will deliver!

Holiday to always remember
What an amazing holiday!! I was met at the airport by Mike from Sureway, he'd picked up my brother and wife earlier and it felt like we were good friends straight away and I felt in safe and capable hands.
Mike arrived with Dixon (our wonderful driver and guide) the next morning to begin a week of adventure and wonder in 4 locations (Amboseli, Nakuru, Naivasha and Mara). I cannot say enough good things about Mike and Dixon - they worked hard for us, looking after us, nothing too much trouble and always adapting to our particular needs. We had so many laughs along the way too. And of course they did everything they could to show us the amazing creatures we'd gone in search of and we learnt so much about the flora and fauna along the way. We could totally relax as they had everything covered and organised. Great hotels all along the trip. There was a bit of a hiccup with travel plans one day, but Mike went out of his way to rectify it and he sorted it out quickly and with no fuss - top service. I would really recommend these guys for a great experience and great service - they even organised a great week on the beach for us the second week. And do go to Kenya and do a safari, I will never forget these 2 magical weeks :)

Outstanding service from start to finish!
Dealing with Mike at Sureway was a great pleasure, from the first inquiry by email till we said goodbye at the end of the holiday. Communication was clear and prompt during the booking stage, and everything worked out exactly as expected (well there was one hiccup but this was dealt with quickly and professionally). The 7 day safari was magical and the guides very knowledgable which increased our enjoyment no end, and there was enough flexibility that we never felt rushed which is a a holiday should be. Accommodation was generally very good, especially in Amboseli, and many of the service staff were incredibly warm and caring. Our second week was in Malindi and this was also fantastic, although the tourist industry has clearly been suffering there.
Overall, the service from Sureway was excellent and everything was prepared before we arrived (even airport pickups and drop offs) which allowed us to completely relax, and they will arrange the tour as you would like it, not from a selection of pre-packaged itineraries. Highly recommended!
