Top recommendation for a highly professional, local travel agency
We are just back from an amazing trip (24 December 2025 to 02 January 2026). We made a tailor, made trip to Tanzania with Sote Tours and Travel. When we first spoke to Kelvin, we were sure we had made the right decision. Kelvin really helped us decide on the right places to go.
The choice of safari lodges was superb and at each place we felt very comfortable. Our guide "Godee" is the one, whom we want to especially mention, who at his young age is probably already a "veteran" of the guides. On many occasions he went off the beaten track and then led us to perfect game, viewing spots all by himself. Moreover, he was a very careful driver and we always felt totally safe with him in the SUV. We never thought we could look at the animals from such a short distance!
In general, it was a memory world trip and we thank the whole Sote Tours team for being part of our journey! Asante sana Sote Tours team.

An unforgettable Dream Trip!
I went on a 5 day safari and 4 day trip to Zanzibar with my daughter it was truly amazing. The trip was planned completely according to our desires. Our guides on both the trip were very knowledgeable Our driver guide Reuben was the one who made our safari unforgettable! We had a great time and he kept us informed about the animals and was excellent at spotting the hidden animal.
We had a great time from the beginning to the end We would definitely recommend Sote Tours and Travel to anyone You won’t be able to find safer or more experienced people to take care of you.

Brilliant Kilimanjaro and Safari adventure with Sote Tours
I really wanted to say good things about Sote Tours, but it just wasn't enough! They were great to work with! Before our trip, the communication and the flexibility were perfect. They had great prep materials to complete the trek successfully. When we arrived, everything was planned to the smallest detail and on time. They were really nice people, and through both the Kilimanjaro trekking and safari, they gave us a world class experience. We found that the value for the price was very good, the food and accommodations were fantastic! I am sure that I will be going back, and I will definitely be using the Sote Tours team for my next adventures in Tanzania!

Kindness and professionalism
During our six days safari in Tanzania, we visited Lake Manyara National Park, Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Central Serengeti, we had an amazing time with Michael, our driver and guide. Planning was greatly aided by Kelvin, and everything went as planned. We got up close and personal with every animal, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Additionally, it was good to see that Michael was abiding by the wilderness regulations by not going off-road in areas where it was prohibited.

The Perfect Family Getaway in Zanzibar
From the booking to the service we received during our stay simply brilliant. They answered to emails very fast, supported us in the organization of the a la carte meal and even informed us with some advices. They were accommodating, professional, and extremely friendly.
Our guide Said was very experienced, Flexible (we were traveling with two little kids), accommodating to changes because of the weather and finally (and not in any way lesser than) always smiling. The transport was clean, secure and flexible. Our driver Joseph was excellent also.
On the whole, I was quite happy. I strongly recommend Sote Tours.

A Journey Beyond Expectations
Sote Tours and Travel did a really good job of organizing our whole trip from the very beginning to the end. They took care of everything in a very smooth way; the itinerary, the accommodation, the car rental, and even the game drive.
We visited Lake Eyasi, Lake Natron, Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater, and we were able to make it to each of these places just in time. John our guide, was always approachable and he answered all our questions. If anyone wishes to travel in a completely hassle, free manner, then Sote Tours would be an ideal choice.

Amazing experience with a very nice and knowledgable guide
Sote Tours provided us with unforgettable safari experience, which ended up being the best experience ever. The communication and organization via WhatsApp with Kelvin was smooth, efficient, and highly professional. We received excellent care throughout our entire time there.
Our guide and driver, Shirime, did a fantastic job. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything we wanted to know with great patience, and made the safari an unforgettable experience. The trip allowed us to enjoy flexible and spontaneous travel experiences. This included the Serval Wildlife extra day trip that turned out to be a fantastic bonus.
All in all, it was an amazing experience that exceeded our expectations. We are very glad we chose Sote Tours and not another agency, and we would happily book another safari or adventure in Tanzania with them at any time.

Extraordinary trip to Tanzania
We are back from an amazing trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar, an experience that in numerous ways went beyond our expectations. The nature to be sure, and especially the one and only Ngorongoro Crater, and the awesome animals made the whole trip very special.
Yet our guide Reuben was the one who really made the difference. His expertise, knowledge depth, love, and funny ways truly made a great tour to a once-in-a-lifetime experience. He was always caring, polite, and willing to help us at every moment. We have been to a lot of places around the world, but we have never come across such extraordinary human and professional qualities. And it is because of Reuben that even those travelers who are looking for a more comfortable approach would be sure and they would totally accomplish the adventure he made it all possible, easy, and exciting.
Also, we felt very comfortable with Said presence in Zanzibar who was very efficient and discreet thus completing a flawless experience from the very first moment until the end.
We, on our part, will be very convincing to this agency as well as a means of promoting it to other people and we really want to be back there soon maybe for a climb of Kilimanjaro.

A Truly Unforgettable Safari

Unforgettable experience with the best company
It was an incredible experience, a dream from way back that finally came true!
Each day we were amazed at the fact that a new day had to come to share not only the trip with our guide but also with new companions. We never thought to see such a number of animals nor to have them so close to us. Definitely an adventure I really mean it- but every night you go to bed with a big smile on your face.
