VIC FALLS TO OKAVANGO.. Pamela in reservations responded to our many emails quickly and with all the details, information & advice we needed. The trip was planned perfectly and we were very surprised by the standard of the accommodation, everything was perfect and covered all the things we wanted to see. We found it really good value for money and had our own private driver (another Pamela) who had everything in hand with collection times, tickets, tours & game drives all running smoothly. We had a WhatsApp group set up to keep us updated and was very helpful with questions etc. it was an amazing fun tour and would definitely use Africa Zim again. Thank you for a very memorable holiday to Zimbabwe & Botswana.

I booked the 5-Day Best of Sossusvlei & Swakopmund from Windhoek tour for my parents through SafariBookings with Africa Zim Travel & Tours, and it exceeded all expectations.
From the very first contact, communication was clear, professional, and reassuring. Every detail was well organized — airport transfers, accommodation, meals, and daily logistics ran seamlessly, which is exactly what you want when booking a trip.
The itinerary was perfectly balanced:
• Sossusvlei was an absolute highlight — breathtaking dunes, well-timed excursions, and excellent guiding
• Swakopmund offered a great contrast with comfort, ocean views, and relaxed exploration
• Accommodations (Sossusvlei Lodge and Strand Hotel Swakopmund) were high quality, comfortable, and ideally located
• Meals were consistently good and well planned
The guides and drivers were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. My parents felt safe, well looked after, and never rushed — something they appreciated greatly. The vehicle was comfortable, and the long drives were handled smoothly with good pacing and stops.

From Day 1 Pamela UMERA and Sharon KUNASA were very approachable and always willing to make any changes requested within reason. Their communication via email was excellent. and made out tour with Africa Zim a memorable trip.
Special mention of Stanford our guide/ driver. Who was with us from day 1 until departure. He was very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions. Excellent driver and would recommend him for future tours by friends or family.

An unforgettable trip to Zimbabwe Vic falls and Botswana
African Zim handled the part of Victoria falls and Botswana in my South African holiday. They are very efficient with communication and all the pick up and transfers, especially my tour guide Blessing. He is knowledgable about the area and wildlife and he made sure i had a wonderful time. Definitely would recommend.
