Friendly well- organised competent and flexible
We had a wonderful 9 day trip from Victoria falls to the Okavango Delta. All bookings were made by Africa Zim. tours and everything was well planned. The accommodation was good to excellent and good value for money. The experiences of the Safari trips, Salt pan and Okavango delta unforgettable. The hotel at Vic. Falls was particularly good and the cruse and evening meal there was a perfect beginning to our journey. Our Guide Pamela was excellent. We can recommend her highly. She was attentive to our needs, approachable, fun and good company. She met us at the airport and was with us for the whole journey.
We would definitely recommend this tour and this company for any other similar tours.

Well arranged and informative
Form picking up from airport to dropping off at the airport, the whole journey was well organized and the tour was well arranged. The tour guide was knowledgeable.

Comfortable and kind service
We visited Victoria Falls, Angel's Pool with high tea, and Botswana Chobe River safaris. All activities were arranged orderly, and with knowledgeable and experienced guides.

What an extraordinary experience!
My sister and I have just completed a week travelling from Victoria Falls to Maun, and it is an experience we will never forget. I just don't have adequate words to describe all the wonderful moments - the landscape, encounters with wildlife, our excellent guides and meeting both locals and other travellers.
Pamela, our host, was friendly, kind and helpful, and all of our guides were very knowledgeable.
I would recommend Africa Zim to anyone considering a guided safari, and hope to return myself.
