Africa Zim Travel and Tours were helpful and pleasant to work with and we felt taken care of.
We are an extended family of 6 people (with children and seniors) travelling in Zimbabwe and Botswana and chose Africa Zim Travel & Tours for our first African experience. They were prompt in responding to our requests and when we changed the date of travel, they were very accommodating. We felt taken care on our tour. The accommodations and food were as expected based on the package we chose, which was the 8 day tour with Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe and then Botswana. One thing that could be improved upon was that our transfer person became ill with a cold and didn't take precautions, therefore one of our family members missed a day's excursion because of having caught the cold, and was not well for a few days after that. The transfer person was very friendly, helpful and prompt, as were all the game drive people. We enjoyed our experience and would choose this company again.

Africa Zim made our trip to Botswana and Zimbabwe a trip to remember!
Africa Zim Travel and Tours were wonderful tour operators. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they arranged everything for us. Any hiccup or request was quickly sorted out. They were prompt and very well connected to all of the accommodation and tour operators meaning we could just relax and enjoy our holiday. All of the safaris and tours arranged by Africa Zim were excellent with engaging, fun and knowledgeable guides. The accommodation selected for us by Africa Zim was all wonderful with friendly and welcoming staff.
We were particularly lucky and grateful to have Stanford as our host for the trip. Stanford was great fun and catered for all of our needs. With the group’s ages ranging from 16 through to 80-Stanford had a great rapport with everyone. We were all sad to say goodbye to him at the end of the trip and have made a life long friend. I would highly recommend Africa Zim and especially Stanford! I can’t wait to go back!

Namibia & Botswana 12 day tour
Africa Zim prepared an amazing tour for us where we were able to experience Namibia and Botswana in a greatly manner.
Price was fair and we had many great activities!
Mtho was an excellent guide, very caring and funny all the time.

decisive, excellent treatment and trustworthy
From the very beginning, they helped us with everything and were attentive to our needs. It's a trustworthy local company. We had delays, but we fixed them so we could still enjoy ourselves. We went on a three-day safari in Chobe in a tent, and it was great and highly recommended. They also picked us up at the airport and took us to the waterfalls, the helicopter, and shopping... very, very good. I would repeat with Africa Zim and recommend them. Thank you for making our vacation enjoyable.

We cannot say enough to recommend Africa Zim for a wonderful trip and exploration of southern Africa..
Everything was tailored to our request, accommodation perfect, we felt completely safe and enjoyed every day
Trip is long but well structured and run
As for the guide, we cannot say enough good word for Mutho, he is a special, warmhearted, kind person and family man which is something that we miss a lot in modern world.
Knowledge of the area is impeccable as being a guide for > 15 years (sorry if missed more years) he will give you all the insights and info you require.
And to finish, what would be the worst thing about our trip was saying goodbye from out kids to Mutho..

Fantastic Zimbabwe and Botswana tour
We booked a tour of Zimbabwe and Botswana through Africa-Zim travels. Due to various reasons we had to cancel our origin al plans with noly a few weeks notice and delay the trip. Africa-Zim Travle team were very understanding and accomodated our wishes as best as they could. They adviosed us with visa issues and any other queries we had pre-departure.
On the actual tour itself they were very helpful and udnerstanding. A membr of our team got unwell and required medical help they swiftly arranged this. Every consideration was taken from accomodation to long distance travels.
Our guide Stanford was simply amazing. No ask was too much for him. He was very understanding of the needs of the 2 small children in our group and the adults alike. Very helpful and accomodating.
Overall we had a great trip with Africa-Zim Travels and we are already considering another trip with them next year. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service all time long,efficient staff and above all everytime on security
I was a little bit afraid about this singular experience ,above all because I was travelling whit my daughter 16 years old , but honesty everything worked well: great organization,punctuality,good food,cosy camp and people, a competent guide that made ourselves safe and sure.
And all this to an honestly price in compare with others tour operator. chobe is a park that for its beauty and variety of landscapes and animals worth it visit.

Excellent trip
We were a big complicated group with many special requests, and Africa Zim arranged everything perfectly! Pamela was our guide for the week and she was great. She got us last-minute game drives, vegetarian options, and amazing accommodations. We could not have asked for a better person to show us this beautiful part of the world—highly recommend her!
Speaking of this part of the world—it’s truly special and highly worth the visit. Victoria Falls was so impressive and all of the national parks had incredible wildlife and we had an amazing time.

When we arrived, Pamela was our guide, and she truly made our 8-day experience special. She knew all of the best local spots which made a huge difference. She was super flexible, friendly, and knowledgeable and helped us see everything we wanted to see.
The trip offered a lot of variety, so we were never bored. Chobe is amazing, so is Victoria Falls, and elephant sands. All of the food was amazing and so were the accommodations. It’s hard to pick a highlight. Cannot recommend this trip enough.
