Convenient, reasonably priced and extremely helpful.
My Father, Sister and I booked the 9 day Wonders of Namibia self drive Safari.
Booking was easy and reasonably priced and the itinerary prepared for us was extremely enjoyable.
We saw a great deal of Namibias amazing Fauna, Flora and landscapes for a truly special experience.
Each hotel we stayed at was well located and had great amenities. All of the people we engaged with in Namibia were friendly, polite and helpful.
Overall we had a fantastic stay!

Professional, friendly and reply to queries very quickly
We have just finished an excellent tour, from Zimbabwe to Botswana, organised for us by Africa Zim travel. We had the help of Sharon organising the tour and our guide was Ronald. Activities were are really good and our favourites included Victoria falls and the Chobe safaris. Staying at Elephant sands was an experience that we will never forget though. It was amazing to be sleeping so close to the elephants at the watering hole and exciting thinking about animals coming through the camp at night time.
Our guide Ronald was experienced, knowledgeable and so friendly. We felt extremely lucky having him guide us through the tour and nothing was too much trouble for him. It actually felt quite sad to have to say goodbye at the end of the tour!
Communication from Zim travel was good throughout the whole process and they responded to all queries very quickly and with much patience at times.

Reliability & convenience
Everything very well organized, no surprises. The tour operator was available for any questions at the destination and our guide was competent and friendly.
The accommodations and activities were highly recommended.

Excellent service.
The initial email communications were sometimes a bit confusing, but the agency provided WhatsApp, which made communication much easier. In the end, this was just a minor detail, as everything from that point on was excellent. Great guide, no problems throughout the trip, high-quality vehicle provided, etc. I have nothing but praise for the company and would recommend it to anyone planning to travel to Africa.

So well organized and friendly
Pamela from Zim was the best tour guide! We booked an 8 day excursion in Zimbabwe and Botswana. Everything was so well organized and we couldn't have asked for a better experience for our first safari! We also loved our tour guides Caleb from Chobe and Dicky from Okavango. These people all made our trip so special!

We recently returned from an amazing 14-day trip to Zimbabwe and Botswana organised by Africa Zim Travel & Tours. The service, communication and attention to detail provided by management and our tour operator Stanford was 5-star! We had the best experience possible in a safe and comfortable environment. Blessing was extremely helpful, as I had difficulty trying to decide where to go iniatally.
We were a family of 10 and had an amazing two weeks, booked through Africazim Travel. Met at the airport by Stanford - our guide for the whole trip - poor man, but he was incredible, very knowledgeable, punctual, polite, humorous, caring and a very good driver, which was essential, as the roads are terrible, to say the least! Our accommodation was great, weather perfect, didn’t get to see the Big 5, but we saw plenty of wonderful African wildlife. Next time - (I hope there is) we won’t attempt so much distance, but stay at each place an extra day. Everyone loved it, as it was their first taste of Africa. Africa Zim Travel and Tours were helpful and pleasant to work with and we felt taken care of.
We are an extended family of 6 people (with children and seniors) travelling in Zimbabwe and Botswana and chose Africa Zim Travel & Tours for our first African experience. They were prompt in responding to our requests and when we changed the date of travel, they were very accommodating. We felt taken care on our tour. The accommodations and food were as expected based on the package we chose, which was the 8 day tour with Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe and then Botswana. One thing that could be improved upon was that our transfer person became ill with a cold and didn't take precautions, therefore one of our family members missed a day's excursion because of having caught the cold, and was not well for a few days after that. The transfer person was very friendly, helpful and prompt, as were all the game drive people. We enjoyed our experience and would choose this company again.

Africa Zim made our trip to Botswana and Zimbabwe a trip to remember!
Africa Zim Travel and Tours were wonderful tour operators. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they arranged everything for us. Any hiccup or request was quickly sorted out. They were prompt and very well connected to all of the accommodation and tour operators meaning we could just relax and enjoy our holiday. All of the safaris and tours arranged by Africa Zim were excellent with engaging, fun and knowledgeable guides. The accommodation selected for us by Africa Zim was all wonderful with friendly and welcoming staff.
We were particularly lucky and grateful to have Stanford as our host for the trip. Stanford was great fun and catered for all of our needs. With the group’s ages ranging from 16 through to 80-Stanford had a great rapport with everyone. We were all sad to say goodbye to him at the end of the trip and have made a life long friend. I would highly recommend Africa Zim and especially Stanford! I can’t wait to go back!
