The tour operator was very well organised and kept to the schedule
Great value for money. Our overnight camping experience in the park was exciting. The food cooked on the camp fire was excellent and the tent was very comfortable. The driver was exceptional with deep knowledge. He showed us a wide variety of animals and we saw sone unforgettable scenes. Love to do it again.

110% Satisfaction
We went as a small family group (with adult children) and thoroughly enjoyed our entire experience. Africa Zim accommodated all our needs and had someone at the airport or border transfers every time. They booked all the tours and safari's as well as experiences and Mr Blessing Mumbure was a great guide and assisted us in every aspect. I wouldn't tackle some of the local issues (even as an experienced traveller) due to language and "Other" issues so please get a local company like Zim to make sure your tour is as great as ours was.

Our experience with Africa Zim Travel & Tours has been extremely rewarding and satisfying. Pamela was amazing and patient as she had to navigate through all of our individual needs of our large family group. We had to make numerous changes with dates, budgets and requirements however Pamela made the process easy and no trouble. The initial planning process was seamless as Pamela came up with an itinerary that suited all of our needs and various budgets. From the moment we hit the ground to the moment we were back on the plane, Blessing was amazing. We didn't have to worry about anything as he made life so simple for our family to focus on the experience of Africa. The travel package was excellent with amazing experiences, fantastic accommodation and great food. We can't recommend Africa Zim Travel & Tours enough. Thanks to Pamela and Blessing. We will be back!

Matobo Day Walk
A fabulous day with Jordan as our guide. We walked into the bush and saw 5 rhino, including a baby, in their natural habitat. Jordan was knowledgeable, informative and a great guide. A visit to Cecil Rhodes grave was an added bonus, even though it was an extra cost, US$10.
Blessing took care of everything. I traveled solo and I felt secure and cared for.
My trip was the trip of a lifetime. I saw new things and met new people. In Zimbabwe, I was treated like family. Victoria Falls is magnificent. The sunset cruise was amazing. There are not words to describe the food and the performance at the Boma dinner. In Botswana, I felt one with nature. Waking up to warthogs in your backyard adds excitement to the trip. All the animals great and small. The experience of trying different foods was awesome. Thank you for sharing some of Africa with me.

Originally, we were booking with a different company but we had so many issues getting what we wanted until we came across Africa Zim. With Africa Zim, in a matter of hours we were set for our trip. Ms Pamela was great, fast responses, flexible and very patient with our requests. Excellent communication all throughout our trip and our way back home making sure everything was good. Once we arrived at Victoria falls, Mr Blessing, our tour guide, was waiting for us at the airport, from there on he took us everywhere we needed to go, like hotels, cruises, dinners, and the transfer to the Botswana hotel, immigration, and such. He even made sure we were settled at the hotel before he left. His assistance was a key for us having such amazing experience, we were very pleased with his help.

Very proficient and professional.
We could not ask for a more pleasurable and hassle free experience. From getting picked up at the airport to getting dropped off, with everything in between. Our coordinator Pamela was excellent throughout the process and our personal guide Blessing was phenomenal! This was one of our top trips of all time.

Prompt and thorough responses. Good operators were used for the activities.
We did Vic Falls tour and the Chobe national park (budget camping) tour. Blessing and Pam coordinated all the activities very well. The operators selected (boat cruise, boma dinner, camping tour) were all good. Vic Fall was a self guided tour. Kalahari tour operated the Chobe camping portion. They were excellent (the safari guide and the cook/camp staff). We saw elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, impala, sable antelope (a rare one) lions (14!), a leopard on a kill (eating a guineafowl or some bird), hippos, crocodiles,etc. Hot oatmeal was served at 6am by this crew! Our other early am game drives from other tours only provided biscuits/coffee/tea. The sunset boat cruise had a nice snack (chicken skewer, samosa, etc). My daughter was pretty much full and ate very little for dinner. The pick ups were prompt. The last airport transfer pick up at Kasane (Botswana) was late. I whatsapp'ed Pam and she tried to locate the driver immediately. I really appreciated that she tried to chase down the driver. The Nguni lodge was nice too. Overall, everything went well. Africazim was reliable and provided prompt responses throughout the planning and execution process. I recommend it.
