A tour operator who was attentive, highly professional, and showed us the very best of Kenya.
Naitu is a considerate and attentive professional who arranged the best safari lodges for us, with the best safari ride. Next time, I will organize my entire trip with her, as she offers highly competitive rates for a five-star experience. I felt perfectly safe traveling with her and her driver, and I was accompanied by my three children.

Our travel was amazing thanks to Naitu and James they make it unforgettable
Thanks to Naitu my family and I discovered Kenya, the experience was amazing we went to really pleasant hotel, the prices were affordable. It was a remarkable travel and we will re do it within dout.
Resourceful, patient and always ready to answer questions
Naitu was very patient with us and our questions, she was resourceful and always got back to us. Communication was truly perfect and as a result the trip was smooth because there were no (unpleasant) surprises.

Unforgettable
We spent three excellent days with this safari.
It was an unforgettable hope.
We were accompanied by our guide and our driver John who was able to teach us more about wildlife and was able to bring us as close as possible to the animals.
The discovery of the Masai tribe was an exceptional experience.
I highly recommend these three days of safari

I enjoyed my holiday experience booked under Heart of Savannah!
She was keen on details during the planning process and really listened to what was key for me and my family.
She kept me updated on the travel arrangements as well as hotel accommodation in Mara and at the coast which I appreciated as we were a big family group travelling.
Everyone was impressed and we will definitely be back.

Amazing trip
Bonjour! Our safari with Heart of Savannah was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organized by Naitu, who took care of every detail with such attention and kindness. Communication was smooth, she was always available, and even made it possible for us to visit an children’s house, something that truly touched my heart. Our driver Jennifer was amazing, always on time, incredibly professional, and full of positive energy. She shared so many fascinating things about Kenya, which made every drive a real pleasure. Our guide Paul was simply wonderful, so passionate and determined to help us see as many animals as possible, making our safari magical. All the lodge/hotel we stayed in were fantastic, especially the one in the Masai Mara, which was absolutely beautiful. Everything was included and perfectly taken care of, so we didn’t have to worry about anything during the trip… it was a real holiday! The whole Heart of Savannah team went above and beyond to make our journey unique and full of heart. I will never forget their warmth, generosity, and smiles.
