Very welcoming and helpful:)
We are a group of 5 young students staying at the Nyakagezi Inn and Guest house. Very welcoming staff, fair prices and clean rooms. We told them, that we wanted to do the hiking at the 3 country points and they helped us in a very short time to organise boda‘s, lunch and a guide.
Also when we arrived, we went to a local restaurant together and then played pool in the guest house. Very nice atmosphere, we definitly recommend it!

I had an amazing experience with my tour guide, Mr. Emmanuel, the owner, he made our visits to see mgahinga and explore some of the beautiful spots in Kisoro truly unforgettable. He is outstanding, very friendly, courteous, and genuinely passionate about what he does.
He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience, always checking in and making sure everything was running smoothly. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really made the trip special.
You can tell he truly cares about his guests and takes pride in delivering top-notch service. I will definitely be back and will look for him again!

Our guide didn't just drive, he shared the history of the the Bafumbira people, showed us the mountains of Kisoro and made sure we felt safe every minute. Excellent and Knowledgeable Service
Emma organized our gorillabtrekking experience with ease and professionalism. He is very knowledgeable about the procedure, the hotels and other general information about Kisoro and trekking. I highly recommend Nyakagezi tours and travels!
