Gorilla Trekking Rwanda: a 2 nights safari
One of my best trips ever!
My guide Benjamin was amazing. It was all perfect with the communication when I contacted Triple Legacy travels for the safari planning for my 3 days and 2 nights tour to go for gorilla trekking in the Volcanoes. Their rate for the safari was good enough and worth the professionalism, quick assistance and comfortable vehicle plus the complimentary services they provided. The 2.5 hour drive from Kigali to Volcanoes national park was super comfortable. We stopped at Sooko for a cup of coffee and continued to the Volcanoes.
I enjoyed the conversations with Benjamin every time we were together. The midrange lodge they chose for me was amazing: the people, the food, customer care and the views of the landscape (Virunga mountains). On the trekking day, I was woken up early to prepare for the day. Benjamin was early and ready to take me for the day’s adventure. He was always smart! At the park, I met other visitors with whom we were going to trek.
The experience of hiking through the forest and encountering the mountain gorillas was nothing but exciting, breathtaking and memorable. After the trek, we went to Ellen Campus where I learnt more about the conservation of gorillas in Rwanda.
My safari was short but packed with beautiful memories throughout. I highly recommend Triple Legacy Travels and I would book with you again when coming back to Rwanda.
