Very Professional
5/5

All communications leading up to our trip was excellent. The trip was truly amazing we had a great time in both Samburu and Maasai mara. The flights, the transfers and choice of accommodation at elephant bedroom camp and the Mara West camp was outstandingly marvelous. We saw almost all the animals we wished to, including 3 sightings of leopards as well as rhinos. This was a trip of a life time.
Cannot say enough of e safaris but your services deserve the highest of merit. Keep up it guys.

Professional and excellent in Planning
5/5

Wife, my teenage kids and I have just returned from a trip to East Africa and I just wanted to thank e safaris for their excellent services. We used their airport transfer service, a tour around Nairobi, the Karan Blixen, Giraffe Center, the David Sheldrick Wildlife trust and a day trip to Lake Naivasha and Hells Gate that included a boat trip to the crescent island and all were very well organised and enhanced our visit. We also had a safari to Kenya and Tanzania that was also very well planned. Our tour guide (Charles) was friendly and very good at explaining about the places we visited and we were pleased at the polite service of your drivers and other staff. We will recommend your services to anyone we know who is visiting Kenya. Thank you!

Fraud
1/5

DO NOT BOOK Via this agent. They are currently under investigation by Kenya Tourism Board for fraud. We have almost lost all funds paid to them for a recent safari trip. They took the deposit and only paid deposit to parts of lodges. They never booked airline and failed to pay the lodges the remainder of the balance due.

Just a few days before the departure, we were informed by Serena Hotel when they knew that the another group who would stay in Serena Hotel were stranded by e Safaris.

We would believe that e Safaris had planned the fraud intentionally.

Fraud - Under investigation
1/5

This company is currently under investigation for fraud. It has taken client money made initial bookings and then cancelled bookings once they have received full payment. The Kenyan Tourist Police have blocked their website. If you have any contact details (other than those on this website) for the company please contact The Kenya Association of Tour Operators (KATO).

Excellent safari, first class customer service
5/5

Reading glowing reviews about e safaris online, decided to use them for our safari- I was in the company of 4 people. We had the seven days Safari to Ol Pejeta, Lake Nakuru and Masai mara.
Our Safari was very good and e safaris were very helpful in arranging it, am glad that I chose you. Our guide Patrick was excellent Tour guide/Driver. Very good natured, we felt safe with him at all times. He took good care of us and was always Punctual.

I have to be fair to say that I got everything I wanted plus a little bit more, loads of animals and the highlight was seeing a live wild dog hunting session at Ol pejeta conservancy- a very rare occurrence as these dogs are known to hunt mostly at night, saw many birds and in variety and the scenery just takes your breath away. Even the journey to the national parks leaves you with images that you’ll never forget; you will hardly notice the rather long drives at times.

The jeep was clean comfortable and with large roof hatches and cool box added on to our fun, plenty of cold tusker beer cans.

I cannot have too much to say about e Safaris Company I’d say it is more a case of maintaining a standard you have set, in the customer service beforehand whilst arranging the trip and your follow up communications. Everything was flawless.

Thank you very much, memories of Kenya stay stuck in my heart...

Totally Awesome
5/5

We were privileged enough recently to go on a safari to Kenya and e safari was our choicest of the milliard tour operators. Our decision to use e safaris was as a result of their unmatched responsiveness and attention to detail.
The experience to say the least was Life changing restoring my faith in nature and human kind.
Thank you to incredible Charles, our guide, James for his generosity and wisdom. The choice of camps was excellent – with fabulous food, drink, tents and comfortable sleeping facilities.
The amazing guides not only have mind-boggling knowledge about just about everything from fauna, flora and photography, but about psychology and social interaction. Smoothing the way to a visually stunning, eye opening, educational expedition.
The beautiful ‘Camp Staff’ forged ahead of our little band and prepared our beds, put hot water for showers and delicious food with discreet finesse. We were graced by a finale where all the staff harmonized and danced so beautifully that most of us were bought to tears.
Many friends and family are keen to follow in our footsteps in the near future and will definitely recommend them to you!

Fraud
1/5

I confirm what the latest reviews says, this is (or has at least lately become) a fraudulent tour operator. We paid a deposit to E Safaris a few months ago for a 20+ group safari in October. All e-mail addresses, website and phone numbers are closed, and apparently they are investigated by Kenya Tourism Board. Our money now appear to be lost, although I expect proper investigation to be done by Kenyan Tourism Authorities. I have reported/complained to KTB (Kenya Tourism Board) and KATO (The Kenya Board of Tour Operators), and I urge everyone else affected to do the same.

Fortunately E Safaris had at least reserved the rooms at Mara Serena Safari Lodge, and Serena has been very understanding and helpful and has in short time set up an new safari for us. And I would like to emphasise that the large majority of the Kenyan Tourism Industry are honest and hard working people who do their very best to give visitors a great holiday. That I can say from personal experience.

e Safari lived up to high expectations arranging an exciting as well as relaxing safari holiday
5/5

Following recommendations on the web my daughter and I chose e Safari for our first safari trip ever. In retrospect we are very happy we did so! Well organized, service minded, and with a personal engagement, e Safari prepared everything for the six days/five nights visit to Lake Nakuro and Masai Mara. Our personal guide and driver John did an excellent job and took care of us from the first minute. Having our own Land Cruiser and guide we did not have to follow the fixed game drives of the camps but could tailor the days according to our wishes. It was a wonderful experience and we are happy to recommend e-Safari to anyone considering a safari holiday!

This was a well planned Safari from the beginning to the end. There were no unexpected surprises with expenses or anything. Lodging and food was great.

Fantastic safari with e safaris
5/5

My husband and me just returned from the adventure of our lives in Africa a month ago. The true highlight for us was e safaris’ safari. The guides and staff were so friendly and willing and nothing was too much for them. The guides were so knowledgeable and could answer any question we asked. The food was excellent in all the three tented camps we stayed, with Lakira and Kicha Tembo being our favourites. Sleeping out in tents in the bush was so exciting and all our comforts were looked after. We saw so many animals and birds including a lion kill and a leopard. The sunsets were brilliant especially late afternoon one day when we were taken up to a stand of baobab trees to watch the sun set. Another day as we climbed up some rocks to see the vast plains and saw a lion chasing a giraffe, this was awesome and at the same time nerve-racking, as they were so close! Luckily we were in the company of two armed rangers.
Thank you e safaris, I would recommend your safaris to anyone!
