Right Choice was truly the right choice for us as we had a wonderful safari in Kenya, getting to see all Big 5 and so much more! Our guide was Opany and he was simply amazing!!! With over 25 years of experience, he is very wise, professional, easy to get along and with a superb eyesight to catch every animal from a great distance. :-)

It's really the right choice.
We had an amazing 6 days in Kenya!
George helped us with our travel plans and communication was quick and effective! Jacob was our guide and he was professional and on time which made us feel at ease. He drove smoothly and found the best angle for us to see the animals.His awesome eyesight helped us find the leopard.
Hope I can come back sometime

More than I expected!!!
Planning a Safari is not easy, you have to think in entrances fee, drivers, transfers to the park, safety, many many things!! with rightchoice you just have to close your eyes and trust! they will organice everything for you!!
They help us with the plane tickets to Masai Mara and return, the transfers, the luxury safari that they book for us was delightful, BEAUTIFUL!! and our driver on the reserve was funny and very polity!!!

RightChoice - especially Josh, George and Millicent - made this a trip of a lifetime. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
From the moment we were picked up - right on time - we knew we were in good hands. Joshua, our guide, was always punctual before every daily safari departure, keeping everything running smoothly. He consistently kept us informed about what to expect and shared his vast knowledge and experience without us even needing to ask. He shared fascinating facts, tips, and hilarious animal stories like a walking wildlife encyclopedia with a personality. It’s obvious he loves what he does - and when someone loves their job this much, it shows!
Josh is also incredibly personable and fun to be around. He made us feel completely comfortable from day one, and we always felt confident and included throughout the entire safari. His ability to read the environment and anticipate animal behavior was impressive. Thanks to him, we were often in the best viewing spots and thanks to him we learned about Kenya express ;)! Nothing is impossible for Josh!
Behind the scenes - George and Millicent - were keyboard wizards. Every time we sent a question - a helpful reply would appear in our inbox quickly. Super responsive, kind, and always one email ahead of us. If there were an Olympic event for customer service, they’d win gold without even stretching.
In short: RightChoice nailed it!!!. Joshua, George, and Millicent turned what could have been a regular trip into an epic adventure we’ll be talking about until we’re old and wrinkly.

Amazing experience
We had an amazing trip to Kenya and Tanzania with Right Choice!
We wanted to tweak the original itinerary and George was very accommodating of this. Communication from George was excellent throughout the planning process, and once we arrived, everything ran seamlessly. All transport and accommodations were spot-on — we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
Our guide in Kenya, Jacob, was truly outstanding. I hadn’t realised just how important it is to have an experienced and skilled guide, but after travelling with Jacob, it’s now the number one thing I’d ask about when booking a safari. His driving skills were exceptional — both on the roads and in the challenging off-road conditions of the Masai Mara. While we saw many other vehicles getting stuck, Jacob was often the one helping them out! He was also incredibly tuned in to wildlife sightings, always active on the radio and quick to respond when something was spotted nearby. Not only that, but he consistently found the perfect vantage points to park the jeep for the best possible views and photos. His expertise and calm confidence made our safari experience unforgettable.
The vehicles provided were excellent — sturdy, comfortable Land Cruisers in both Kenya and Tanzania. The transition across the border was smooth and well-handled, and our Tanzanian guide, Raja, was very friendly and professional. We enjoyed that portion of the safari just as much, and the wildlife and landscapes in both countries were absolutely breathtaking.
We ended our trip with a few days in Zanzibar, staying at Blue Bay Hotel, which was a fantastic way to relax and unwind after the safari. The hotel was beautiful and the beach setting was idyllic.
This was a once-in-a-lifetime trip, made even more special by the people who made it happen. Highly recommended!

Flexible, kind & exciting experience
The experience was amazing with this company. They were concerned about our comfort as well as ready and flexible to take care of our preferences for the activities and game drives. They made us feel safe in the different places we visited. Our guide John was really funny, he is an excellent guy. Thank you John and George for making our trip one of the most memorable ever.

This tour operator cannot be trusted!
I had travelled 6 times with Right Choice since 2021 and always had exceptional service. However, on our trip in November 2025, my companion was asked by the owner if she would pay for Amboseli park fees as he had been unwell and it was Sunday! As I trusted him completely, I assured her that he would pay her back the following day as he promised. This did not happen! No reimbursement has been forthcoming and my companion is owed the equivalent of £490. Also, we had paid for 3 internal flights but only 1 materialised. Two were "unavailable" so we had to travel by road. We are now owed refunds for the flights we didn't have but, unsurprisingly after our experience with the park fees, no money has been received and now our emails are being ignored. What shabby treatment of a loyal regular client by retaining a significant sum of money to which Right Choice's owner is not entitled.

Absolutely Amazing Experience From Start to Finish!
First of all, George was incredible at organising our entire trip. He listened carefully to exactly what we wanted to do and advised us on the best way to plan everything, including dates, timings, hotels, and activities. His communication was excellent throughout and his response time was always super fast. He was extremely kind, generous, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible.
We are based in Dubai, and earlier this year we unfortunately had an unforeseen situation due to the regional circumstances, which caused our original flight to be cancelled. When I explained the situation to George, he was so understanding and flexible. He kindly allowed us to rebook the trip for whenever suited us, which we truly appreciated and honestly took a huge amount of stress away from the situation.
When we finally arrived in Nairobi, we were greeted on time by a lovely man named Jeofry. He was so welcoming, kind, and informative, and gave us so much insight into Kenya during the drive from the airport to the hotel. He made sure all of our questions were answered and that we felt comfortable and safe from the moment we arrived.
Our first day was absolutely lovely. We enjoyed amazing food at Stedmak Hotel — the steak was incredible! Afterwards, we did a tour around Nairobi Safari Walk/National Park, which was so interesting. We had a fantastic guide who explained everything to us about the animals and wildlife. Later that evening, we went to Carnivore Restaurant which was honestly 10/10 — amazing atmosphere, amazing food, and such a fun experience.
The next morning, we met the best tour guide ever — Joshua. He picked us up from the hotel and honestly made the trip unforgettable. He was so kind, patient, caring, funny, and professional throughout the entire safari experience. He made everything feel easy and stress-free from start to finish.
Joshua was extremely flexible and always made sure we were comfortable, whether we needed toilet breaks, wanted to stop for photos, ask questions, rest, or even sleep in a little longer. Nothing ever felt rushed and he genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed every moment of the trip.
He brought us to Jambo Mara Safari Lodge, which was absolutely beautiful. The food was incredible, the staff were even better, and the rooms were spotless with amazing views. The hotel also had a lovely pool and gym which made the stay even more enjoyable.
We also visited the Maasai Mara village and had a tour around the community. We watched traditional dances and learned about how the Maasai people live. It was such an interesting and special cultural experience that we will never forget.
The next day, we spent the entire day on safari and saw so many incredible animals — including a leopard thanks to Joshua’s amazing spotting skills! Seeing the wildlife so close in their natural environment was honestly one of the best experiences of my life.
Overall, this was truly the most amazing trip we have ever been on. From start to finish, we felt safe, happy, secure, and completely looked after. The communication from the company was outstanding and every single person we dealt with was kind, professional, and genuinely caring.
I honestly cannot recommend Right Choice Tours and Safaris enough. If you are thinking of booking a Kenya trip — do it with them! Absolutely 10/10 experience from beginning to end.
Seamless Itinerary, Outstanding Value, and Unmatched Kindness
If I could give George 10 stars, I would. Our journey to the Masai Mara was delayed multiple times due to personal reasons and last-minute visa issues on the day of our flight. Throughout all of this, George was incredibly kind, honest, and flexible—holding our deposit money across nearly a year until we could finally make the trip in June 2026.
When we finally arrived, the trip was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The guide was highly experienced, the hotel choices were excellent, and the itinerary was seamless. Before booking, I inquired with 7 or 8 different operators, and George was by far the most economical without compromising on quality. If you want a trustworthy, accommodating, and top-tier tour operator, look no further than George! Thanks a ton for putting up with us.
