Seamless Itinerary, Outstanding Value, and Unmatched Kindness
If I could give George 10 stars, I would. Our journey to the Masai Mara was delayed multiple times due to personal reasons and last-minute visa issues on the day of our flight. Throughout all of this, George was incredibly kind, honest, and flexible—holding our deposit money across nearly a year until we could finally make the trip in June 2026.
When we finally arrived, the trip was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The guide was highly experienced, the hotel choices were excellent, and the itinerary was seamless. Before booking, I inquired with 7 or 8 different operators, and George was by far the most economical without compromising on quality. If you want a trustworthy, accommodating, and top-tier tour operator, look no further than George! Thanks a ton for putting up with us.

Dishonest company
Should be called "Wrong choice".
Sketchy from the very first day where our driver asked us to pay the tickets for Mara because his boss "couldn't book the tickets online". Our 12 day safari was cut short after barely 2 days (the driver had no money for gas, the hotels weren't booked etc...). Had to spend the rest of our trip in Kenya at the police station to try to get these people arrested.

Warning - I do not recommend hiring RightChoicr in Nairobi
I strongly advise travelers and tour operators to be extremely careful before hiring George or Rightchoice.
I paid **$29,000** for tourism services, trusting that everything would be handled as agreed. Despite numerous promises and commitments to repay me, George has only returned **$5,000 and still owes me $24,000**.
I have made every effort to resolve this situation directly and in good faith, but he has now stopped responding and disappeared.
I have also learned that **I am not the only person who has experienced problems with him**, and that other people have reported similar situations, including legal action to recover their money.
**Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend NOT hiring this company or sending them money in advance.** I am sharing this review to warn other travelers and tourism professionals so they can do their due diligence and avoid suffering the same experience.
