The staff at Golden Palm Boutique Hotel, are professional and trustworthy, I forgot my charger in the room and they reached out to me, informing me and the tour company.
Additionally, the kitchen staff surprised me by baking a birthday cake for me...I was Amazed how they could go above and beyond, to make my birthday memorable.
TwentyEight Tours and Travel made me the best itinerary, no contest to that...I had an unforgettable birthday getaway & would encourage travel enthusiasts to book their travel to Zanzibar, with this company.

I traveled with Twentyeight tours and travel on so many trips but this last trip in February to Nairobi was exceptional .Every things was well planned and on time ,our flights were booked well by madam Nelisa .reaching Nairobi our stay was made easier cos she had booked already an Airbnb for us and my girls .all the places we were to visit we visited them despite the weather and wawoooo we had our own private means taking us around without rushing us at any one time ,everything was beautiful 🤗the customer care was top notch the professionalism was excellent,it was indeed worthy it

My trip to Nairobi was so memorable
Twenty eight tours and travel was excellent from start to finish—responsive, friendly, and really knew what they were doing. Communication was clear and quick, which made everything flow smoothly.
What stood out most was the value for money. I got exactly what I for paid when it came to service and experiences.
The whole trip was super well organized, transport was sorted, and the itinerary flowed nicely. You could tell there was real planning behind it.

Booked a 5-day tour with in Feb 2026. Best decision. Nelissa our guide, was knowledgeable and so fun yet professional. Everything ran smoothly no room for disappointments, it was a seamless travel experience with my Gs.
Giraffe Centre, KICC, Museum of illusion, Bounce and play, safari in Nairobi National Park, markets, great food spots. No hiccups, great Air bnb, and they thought of details like cold water + phone chargers in the van, van so clean and comfy.
Had medicines on board.
Pick ups were always on time, Van driver very patient. Surprised us with dinner on the last day in a 5 star hotel (Glee Hotel) Perfect mix of adventure and downtime. 10/10 would rebook twentyEight tours and travel because they are top notch. Order and recieve beyond.
We are already planning our next trip because the experience was worth it.

First and foremost we had the best time with my girls for our Nairobi trip, the entire trip was stress free because we didn’t do anything apart from showing up and having fun, prices were so affordable and worth it, the tour operator was so patient with us and ensured everything promised she delivered and exceeded
