Beth was everything you could want from a Tour consultant, and more. From the very first conversation I knew that Beth was going to deliver a fantastic fly-in safari to the Masai Mara, but it exceeded our expectations in so many ways - not just the amazing wildlife (Big 4 on day 1) or the incredible Wildebeest migration river crossing! I must confess, as someone who has travelled extensively (including 2 previous safaris), I am very particular in every detail of our family trips and that is why I rarely use typical Tour companies. Beth was so different in the most important ways - She listened and understood what things were important to our family and what we wanted to experience, she asked lots of searching questions to get to exactly the right itinerary, suggesting amazing experiences and incredible tented camps that I hadn’t even considered. From the amazing private guide in Masai Mara, the beautiful private conservancy, the unforgettable small plane ride in and out of the Mara, to the personal pick-ups/drop-offs. Where other Tour companies I had briefed told us that for our budget we would need to compromise, Beth just kept finding different and better ways to consider achieving our dream. But, the most redeeming elements of Beth’s service, are her passion for great customer experience, her attention to detail, and her fabulous personality. The best examples of these were; on our first day in Nairobi, before our big safari started, Beth personally took us to the Giraffe Conservation Centre (on her Birthday!). Then, in the middle of some delays with our flights into the Mara, calling me without being requested, to tell me that she had spoken directly to the airline and gave me the precise time that our plane would arrive. Previous Tour operators that I have used, have confirmed the booking, taken payment and then not engaged further - Beth was there with myself and my family at every moment, making sure we had everything we needed and everything was going to plan throughout our safari. No question or request was too much. Without doubt, we will definitely be contacting Beth again for future Safari adventures!
