Dusty Plains and Big Game

4/5 Reviewed By: Nana Luckham Visited: August

Located in northern Kenya, in the land of the nomadic Samburu people, the hot and arid hills and plains of this national reserve are home to rich and varied wildlife, including lion, leopard, cheetah, the distinctive Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, hippo, crocodile and wild dog. On my last...

Extinct Volcano Crater With Good Roads and the Big Five

3/5 Reviewed By: James Bainbridge Visited: December

Bordering the Sun City casino complex, Pilanesberg is not exactly an untamed wilderness where only lions dare tread.
