To confirm your booking, a 25% deposit of the total safari cost is required. The remaining balance must be settled 45 days prior to arrival.
Should you need to cancel, written notification is required. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
61 days or more: Loss of deposit
60–45 days: 25% of total safari cost
44–29 days: 60% of total safari cost
28–7 days: 90% of total safari cost
Less than 7 days: 100% of total safari cost
