BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS – BALD EAGLE SAFARIS LIMITED
1. RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total tour cost. The remaining 70% balance is due no later than 60 days before the tour start date. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to

- Cancellation 60+ days before departure: deposit forfeited
- Cancellation 30–59 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
- Cancellation 15–29 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
- Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost
3. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
We will do our best to accommodate changes to itineraries. Changes requested less than 30 days before departure may incur additional costs.
4. INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS
All tours include: accommodation as specified, meals as per itinerary, park fees, game drives, and airport transfers where stated. Excluded unless specified: international and domestic flights, travel insurance, visa fees, gratuities, and personal expenses.
5. TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation prior to travel.
6. LIABILITY
Bald Eagle Safaris acts as an agent for third-party service providers and is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from unforeseen circumstances including weather, wildlife, or force majeure events.
