Mount Bisoke has a height of 3711 m above sea level. From the starting point, the hike to the Bisoke Crater Lake on the summit requires you to manage an hour steep uphill trail. The walk around the crater is a highly recommended adventure. You should allow a total of 7 hours for the entire hike. Hiking Bisoke is the easiest hike in the Volcanoes National Park. BGE offers hiking facilitation and assists in getting the permits for the hike.
