Travelers may request a guide who speaks a language other than English at an additional cost.
● All hotels and tour schedules are arranged ahead of the travel time which means:-
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
- Refund for cancellation will depend on the duration of cancellation prior that is:
– 40 – 60 days – full refund less USD $40.00 administration fee
– 14 – 35 days – 25% of the tour price
– 02- 14 days – 40% of the tour price
– Under 2 days and no shows – NO REFUND
