Prices
All prices include the services and expenses outlined in the safari itinerary.
Bookings & Deposits
• All confirmed bookings require a deposit.
• Budget Safaris – 10% deposit; balance due upon arrival or before safari starts.
• Mid-Range Safaris – 20% deposit to secure accommodation.
• Private Safaris – 20% deposit required to confirm transport, park fees, and lodges.
Payments
Full payment must be completed before the safari commences.
Transport
All transfers and tours are provided in safari vehicles (4x4 jeeps, minivans, Shuttle bus or saloon cars).
Safari Orientation
For shared safaris, clients travel with others. Good cooperation, patience, and cultural openness are encouraged as part of the adventure.
Itinerary Changes
While we strive to follow the agreed program, changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, seasonal congestion, or other unforeseen events. If rerouting is necessary, all main destinations will still be covered. Client flexibility is appreciated.
Tour Alterations
The company reserves the right to alter or cancel tours if conditions demand. Refunds will be made where appropriate. Prices are based on current tariffs and may change without notice.
Cancellations
• Cancellations after the safari has started are non-refundable.
• In special cases, management may review the situation with the client.
Liability
• The company and its agents act only as intermediaries for hotels, lodges, airlines, transport providers, and other service suppliers. We are not responsible for loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties, natural events, accidents, or government regulations.
• Travel involves some risk. By booking, clients accept full responsibility for their participation. The company is not liable for illness, personal injury, or loss of property during the safari.
• Safaris may involve close encounters with wildlife. Although attacks are rare, no safari can guarantee complete safety. Neither the company nor its staff shall be held liable for incidents involving animals. Clients must always follow the guide’s instructions and should not leave vehicles or designated areas without permission.
• All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the country where the safari takes place.
• The company reserves the right to subcontract services when necessary.
