Terms & Conditions - Cancellation fees
-To secure booking and to confirm the safari, you have to send a deposit through our bank account.
-A Deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation and the balance at least 35 days before the tour begins.
The deposit may be forfeited in case of cancellations and amendments. Please refer to the conditions below
-Visitors must settle personal bills in foreign exchange: US Dollars OR, Euro, and/or Sterling Pounds basing on the current exchange rate against US Dollars.
Cancellation & Amendment fees
35 days: prior to tour departure 30%
34 - 15 days: prior to tour departure 50%
14 - No show: 100%
