Terms & Conditions

Singe Tours and Travel agrees to offer the agreed safari under the following terms.

1. Clients have to pay 30% Deposit now THROUGH BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD and the balance prior to start of the safari.

2. In case of cancellation , the following cancellation policy will apply;

i. 60 days and above - 90% Refund
ii. 45 to 59 days - 60% Refund
iii. 30 to 44 days - 50% Refund
iv. 15 to 29 days - 25% Refund
v. Below 14 days - No Refund

In case the cancellation arises out of terror threat or natural events, the hotels will not charge for no-show but will issue a credit note for the deposits to be utilized in future visit .

3. Rates Inclusions & Exclusions as per the detailed program.

4. Singe Tours and Travel will acknowledge receipt of 30% deposit to CLIENT ACCOUNT once the money is credited into the account.
