I visited Bwindi Impenetrable National Park to see the mountain gorillas. We trekked through dense jungle for over 2 hours and then met a silverback and his family. For me , it was an experience I will never ever forget...... I could not believe we were 20 yards from these beautiful, calm and amazing animals. The trackers, rangers and porters wanted you to get the best experience and helped us get the best views of these beautiful animals in their own environment.

Good accessibility and great organization of the staff there. The local people get involved as they can help as "porter's". It is very advised to use them if you are not used to hiking.

Bwindi Impenetrable NP fulfilled our life-dream of trekking to see gorillas. The lush green and dense vegetation made for an authentic bush-bashing experience, with guides creating our path as we moved up and down the steep terrain. We spent an hour with a family of 10 gorillas and got to see mums, babies, teenagers and a silver-back. Words can't describe the magic of sitting with these incredible beings.
