Upon arrival at the airport (Kilimanjaro or Arusha), you will be met by an Imani Excursions representative who will drive you to Arusha Planet Lodge in Arusha for an overnight stay. You will then wait for your adventures to start on the following day.

Day 2

Arusha to Serengeti National Park

Arusha to Serengeti National Park

In the morning, our safari guide will collect you from your lodgings in Arusha. We set out for Serengeti National Park which takes approximately 6 hours, driving through the scenic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley and the highlands of Ngorongoro. Along the way, enjoy glimpses of local villages and vast savannahs. Enter Serengeti National Park, famed for its endless plains and abundant wildlife.

Experience your first game drive en route, spotting elephants, giraffes, lions, and, if lucky, the great migration herds. By evening, arrive at your tented camp, set amidst the wilderness, where you will enjoy dinner and overnight under the starry African sky.

Day 3

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, at around 08h00 or according to your preference, you will continue exploring the endless plains of the Serengeti National Park for a half-day game drive. The Serengeti National Park is home to the largest concentration of wildlife than anywhere else on the planet.

The park offers a multitude of wildlife, including the Big Five - lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard. At around 12h30, a hot lunch will be served inside the park, along with soft drinks and unlimited drinking water.

You will have a final game drive until around 15h00 when you will drive to the gate and head for your accommodation in Ngorongoro Conservation Area for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After breakfast, you will descend to the crater, which is 600 meters deep. The Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtakingly beautiful setting and the best place in East Africa to see the Big Five. It is one of the most beautiful natural wildlife safari sites in the world and an exceptional place to interact with people from the Maasai tribe.

On reaching the crater’s edge, the 20-kilometer diameter caldera opens up before you in all its stunning glory, and you will descend into the crater on an adventurous trail. This World Heritage Site is seasonally home to over 25,000 animals, including a wide range of bird species, hyenas and endangered black rhinos.

A hot lunch will be served at a picnic spot at the hippo pool, and after that, you will drive to Arusha or to the airport to catch your flight to the next destination.
