Addis Ababa to Hawassa

After breakfast, drive south from Addis Ababa to Hawassa. En route, stop at Abiyata–Shala National Park, a haven for ostriches, antelopes, and diverse birdlife, with panoramic views of Rift Valley lakes. Visit a natural hot spring where boiling water bubbles at nearly 90°C, a fascinating geological wonder. Continue to Hawassa, one of Ethiopia’s most charming lakeside cities. In the evening, enjoy a tranquil walk along Lake Hawassa as the sun sets over its serene waters.
