Day 1

Depart Arusha before sunrise for a 3.5-hour drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival, descend 600 meters into the crater for an unforgettable game drive across diverse habitats — from open grasslands to forested slopes and wetlands. Spot hippos, elephants, zebras, and possibly endangered black rhinos. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool before continuing your exploration. In the late afternoon, ascend the crater wall and return to Arusha as the sun sets over the highlands.
