Day 1

You will depart Arusha in the morning and head to Tarangire National Park, arriving before midday. Once in the park, you will be able to enjoy both a morning and afternoon game drive with a delicious lunch in the afternoon. In the early evening, after your game drive, you will exit the park and make your way to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

You'll depart at Ngare Lodge in the morning after a hearty breakfast and make your way to the famous Serengeti National Park. En route to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you'll have a chance to see some views of Ngorongoro Crater before reaching the Serengeti's gate.

After lunch, you will head out on an afternoon game drive for the chance to look for some of the wild game before sunset and some dinner at the Campsite.

Today, you will head out early for your morning game drive for a chance to witness a magnificent African sunrise in the bush. You'll head out after a cup of coffee and experience the wilderness and its magnificent creatures as they wake up among the dew-covered grasses.

Later, you will head back to camp for breakfast and some relaxing. In the afternoon, you will head out once more for another chance to explore the plains in search of the African wildlife until the evening you will come back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will begin your journey to Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site known as the "Eighth Wonder of the World." This morning’s transfer will take you to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and the descent into the crater itself is a truly breathtaking experience.

The Ngorongoro Crater is a collapsed volcano, and it’s one of the most productive wildlife areas in the world. The floor of the crater is home to a variety of animals, including the Big Five (elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, and rhinos), as well as hyenas, cheetahs, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras. You’ll spend the day exploring the crater’s diverse ecosystems grasslands, forests, and freshwater lakes.

For lunch, you'll enjoy a picnic on the crater floor, surrounded by the magnificent landscapes and wildlife. Afterward, you will transfer to your accommodation in Mto wa Mbu for dinner the overnight stay.

In the morning, you will make your way into the reserve and head to Lake Manyara. Explore the magnificent park that is dominated by a large lake. You can expect to see thousands of flamingos that flock to the lake, providing some exceptional bird sightings. After an early breakfast, you will depart from the hotel and proceed to Materuni Waterfalls. It is a 2 hours’ drive to Materuni village, located at the bottom of Mt Kilimanjaro. You will enjoy your picnic lunch and hike for 30 minutes to Materuni Waterfalls, which are about 80 m high, to swim as well as explore nature.

In the village, you will learn about their traditions and customs, as well as how the local people, who are Chagga, grow and process the coffee for substance use. You will visit a coffee farm, pick coffee and make your own strong coffee locally. Later, you will be dropped off at the airport or your hotel in Arusha.
