Day 1

Windhoek - Sossusvlei

We will collect you from your hotel at 8:00 AM and depart by 8:30 AM, traveling south toward the world-famous Sossusvlei via the picturesque Spreetshoogte Pass. Along the way, we’ll stop at a scenic viewpoint to admire the sweeping vistas of the Namib Desert, one of the oldest in the world. We’ll enjoy a relaxed lunch at the Solitaire Oasis, before continuing our journey to your lodge, arriving in the afternoon. As this is the hottest time of the day, we recommend spending some time cooling off by the pool or simply relaxing and taking in the tranquil desert surroundings.
An early night is advised, as tomorrow begins with a pre-dawn start to witness the breathtaking sunrise over the dunes.

Day 2

Sossusvlei and Sesriem

Sossusvlei and Sesriem

Today begins with an early morning adventure into the heart of Sossusvlei. You may choose to climb the towering Big Daddy dune or the more accessible Dune 45, before continuing to Deadvlei, famous for its ancient, sculpted camelthorn trees. Afterwards you can head back to the lodge for lunch or opt for lunch packs and take a quick break in-between adventure under the shade along the Sossusvlei River. In the afternoon, explore the Sesriem Canyon, carved deep into the earth by centuries of erosion. The day ends with a breathtaking desert sunset followed by another delicious dinner at Desert Quiver Camp.

Day 3

Sossusvlei - Swakopmund

After breakfast, you set off on a scenic drive across the vast Namib Desert, passing striking landscapes and open plains before reaching the coastal town of Swakopmund. Upon arrival, check in at Namib Guesthouse. The afternoon is free for you to explore this iconic little Town with the culture and history it has to offer.
Lunch and an overnight stay with breakfast are included. You will be taken out for dinner to one of many dining options in Town, with various cuisines to choose from.

Day 4

Swakopmund and Sandwich Harbour

Your day is devoted to an unforgettable Marine Dune excursion. Begin with a boat cruise in Walvis Bay, where you may spot seals, dolphins, and flamingos, before continuing with an exhilarating 4x4 drive into the dunes towards Sandwich Harbour. The combination of ocean and desert scenery makes this one of Namibia’s most unique experiences. Return to Swakopmund in the late afternoon, where you will once again stay at Namib Guesthouse. Breakfast is included, and you are free to enjoy dinner at one of the town’s many restaurants.

Day 5

Swakopmund - Himba - Etosha

Swakopmund - Himba - Etosha

An early morning start for a relatively long-drive towards Etosha National Park. On the way, you will stop to visit a traditional Himba village, where you will learn about the customs and traditions of this semi-nomadic community. Upon arrival at Okaukuejo Resort, settle into your bush chalet before heading out for an evening night drive in Etosha. Return for a tasty dinner and closing the day off to the tranquil sounds of wildlife at the famous floodlit waterhole.

Day 6

Etosha National Park

Etosha National Park

Spend a full day exploring Etosha National Park, one of Africa’s greatest wildlife sanctuaries. Morning and afternoon game drives provide opportunities to see elephants, lions, giraffes, rhinos, and many other species gathered around the park’s famous waterholes. Back at Okaukuejo Resort, you can enjoy the unique experience of watching wildlife congregate at the floodlit waterhole near the lodge again. Enjoy one last dinner under the Etosha night sky and take in each smell, sight and sound of the wilderness for one last time.
