Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be greeted by our representative and transferred to your lodge in Arusha. This vibrant town, nestled beneath Mount Meru, serves as the perfect gateway to Tanzania’s northern circuit. Depending on your arrival time, you may relax at the lodge, enjoy the gardens, or explore the town’s local markets and coffee shops. A pre-safari briefing will be provided by your guide to prepare you for the exciting journey ahead.

Day 2
Arusha – Tarangire National Park – Karatu

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, a hidden gem famed for its dense elephant population, ancient baobab trees, and vast open plains. The park’s permanent river draws countless animals, including lions, zebras, wildebeest, and giraffes, especially during the dry season. Enjoy a full-day game drive, with a picnic lunch under the shade of acacia trees. The birdlife here is spectacular, with over 500 species recorded. In the late afternoon, continue to the highlands of Karatu, a lush agricultural region near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

After breakfast, begin the scenic drive toward the legendary Serengeti National Park, crossing the Ngorongoro highlands and descending onto the endless plains that define Africa’s most iconic landscape. Along the way, stop at viewpoints for breathtaking panoramas and possibly visit a Maasai village to learn about their traditional way of life. Upon entering Serengeti, enjoy game viewing en route to your camp. The park teems with wildlife — lions lounging in the sun, cheetahs scanning the horizon, and herds of wildebeest and zebras stretching as far as the eye can see.

Day 4

Rise early for a sunrise game drive when predators are most active. The golden light reveals the magic of the Serengeti — herds grazing peacefully and big cats preparing for the day. After breakfast at camp, continue exploring before beginning your journey back toward the Ngorongoro Highlands. On the way, enjoy a picnic lunch and scenic views of the savannah and volcanic hills. Arrive in the highlands by late afternoon, where the cooler climate and lush vegetation provide a refreshing contrast to the plains. Relax at your lodge overlooking the stunning landscape.

After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s natural wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This ancient volcanic caldera hosts an extraordinary concentration of wildlife — from herds of zebras and buffalos to lions, elephants, and even the elusive black rhino. The crater floor offers an unmatched safari experience, combining open grasslands, acacia forests, and a shimmering soda lake filled with flamingos. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater before ascending and returning to Arusha or transferring to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward.
