Arusha - Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, our safari guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park for a game drive and picnic lunch. Tarangire National Park is named for the Tarangire River that crosses through it. The park is well known for its big herds of elephants, huge baobab trees, and high numbers of predators. There is a plethora to see and explore here!

Drive to Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, the tour departs for Lake Manyara National Park. This small park offers breathtaking views and a wide variety of habitats, including acacia woodlands, water forests, baobab-strewn cliffs, algae-streaked hot springs, swamps, and the lake itself. Thanks to these, the park can support a large number of animal species and incredible birdlife. Manyara has the largest concentration of baboons anywhere in the world, and the lions here are renowned for their tree-climbing nature. Your dinner and overnight stay are at Ngedere camp.

Mto wa Mbu - Central Serengeti National Park

This day is set aside for game driving in the Serengeti. The park is home to an abundance of wildlife, including impalas, buffalo, crocodiles, and hippos, but is best known for its great migrating groups of zebras and wildebeest. The wildebeest and zebras migrate in November and December from the northern part, dominated by woodlands and hills, to the grassy plains of the south. Mostly in the rainy season from April to June, they return to the north. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Nyani Campsite.

Central Serengeti - Ngorongoro Highlands

You'll wake up early for a game drive in Serengeti National Park, where you may see wildebeest, lion, elephant, leopard, impala, gazelle, cheetah, and maybe the wildebeest migration before you take brunch. Then, you'll pack your luggage to proceed to Ngorongoro. You will have an en-route game drive from Serengeti to Ngorongoro and arrive late in the evening. Your dinner and overnight stay are at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite on the crater rim.

Ngorongoro Crater- Arusha

After an early breakfast, you'll proceed directly to the crater floor for a 6-hour game viewing inside the crater to see the Big Five animals, which include lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo, and maybe black rhinos. You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater at Ngoitoktok Spring. You will also see other mammals, including hippo, giraffe, warthog, baboon, and birds.

After about 6 hours, you will ascend the crater rim and return to Arusha with an en-route game drive via Mto wa Mbu village. In the evening, we will drop you off at your hotel in Arusha town.

Excursion to Meru camp and Napuru Waterfalls-Departure

Your driver will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to Meru Camp and Napuru Waterfalls, where you can enjoy a range of activities including guided nature walks, bird watching, and exploring the waterfalls. After the hike and time spent enjoying the natural surroundings, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport for your onward departure.
