Day 1

Program of the day:

Upon arrival at Arusha/JRO Airport, your tour guide will welcome you with a packed lunch. We’ll then drive to Tarangire National Park, register at the gate, and begin an exciting game drive, where you can spot herds of elephants and majestic baobab trees. After the game drive, you’ll head to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees, and as you explore, you’ll have the chance to see a variety of wildlife including zebras, impalas, lions, cheetahs, and leopards in their natural environment.

Program of the day:

After breakfast, we’ll head to Central Serengeti, starting with registration at Naabi Hill Gate before embarking on a game drive. You’ll experience the incredible wildlife of the Serengeti, including the Big Five and many other animals. The day will end with a sunset drive, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at your lodge.

Central Serengeti, also known as the Seronera area, is the heart of Serengeti National Park, rich with wildlife like lions, leopards, and elephants. Famous for its predator sightings, it is also a vital part of the Great Migration, where millions of wildebeest and zebras pass through annually.

After breakfast and with your lunch packed, we’ll set off for Ngorongoro Crater for an exciting game drive. Descending into the crater, you’ll have the opportunity to spot the Big Five along with other captivating wildlife. After the game drive, we’ll return to your lodge for an overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater, often known as 'Africa’s Garden of Eden,' is a stunning natural marvel in northern Tanzania. This vast crater was created over 2.5 million years ago when a massive volcano, comparable in size to Mount Kilimanjaro, erupted and collapsed.

After breakfast, we’ll set off to Lake Manyara National Park for an exciting game drive, where you can see the famous tree-climbing lions, vast elephant herds, and colorful birdlife around the lake. The day will end with a drive to Arusha/JRO Airport, marking the conclusion of your safari adventure.

Lake Manyara is a shallow, alkaline lake in northern Tanzania, known for its stunning landscapes and diverse wildlife. Located within Lake Manyara National Park, it features lush groundwater forests, wide-open grasslands, and natural hot springs. The park is especially celebrated for its large flamingo flocks and the rare tree-climbing lions, with the lake’s size fluctuating based on seasonal rainfall.
