Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you’ll be warmly welcomed by a Ron Adventure representative who will transfer you to your hotel in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you may relax at the lodge, explore the vibrant town, have Dinner, and overnight in Arusha.

Day 2

Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park

Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park, a beautiful park set against the backdrop of the Great Rift Valley. The park is renowned for its tree-climbing lions, large herds of elephants, hippos, giraffes, and an incredible variety of birdlife, including flamingos along the lake shore. Enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch inside the park.
Later in the afternoon, proceed to your lodge near Karatu for relaxation and dinner.

Day 3

After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most breathtaking natural wonders in Africa. The crater is home to over 25,000 large mammals, including lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, and the endangered black rhino.
Enjoy a picnic lunch at the hippo poolside before continuing your game drive. In the late afternoon, ascend to the crater rim and drive back to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, depart for Lake Eyasi, a less-visited gem known for its cultural richness. You’ll meet the Hadzabe, one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer tribes in Africa, and learn about their unique lifestyle, traditional hunting techniques, and use of local plants. Later, visit the Datoga blacksmiths, who craft tools and jewelry using ancient methods.
Enjoy a scenic lunch near the lake and return to Karatu for an overnight.

In the evening, drive to your lodge located near the park for dinner and relaxation.
