Day 1

After breakfast, we’ll pick you up from your lodge in Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. Known for its vast elephant herds and iconic baobab trees, Tarangire offers incredible wildlife sightings, especially during the dry season. Expect to encounter zebras, wildebeest, lions, leopards, cheetahs, and a variety of gazelles—along with four of the Big Five. In the evening, you’ll head to your selected accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay. Accommodation upgrades are available upon request.

Day 2

Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park

Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will depart from Mto wa Mbu and drive to Serengeti National Park, a journey of about 6 hours (including all stops) through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, you’ll stop at the gate and viewpoint to enjoy the stunning panorama of the Ngorongoro Crater.

You’ll also have the option to visit a Maasai village and experience the culture of the legendary Maasai tribe—known for their warrior traditions and deep connection to nature. The visit lasts about 20–45 minutes and costs an additional 20–30 USD (optional).

Upon arrival in Serengeti in the late afternoon, you’ll embark on a game drive through the Seronera area (the heart of Serengeti), witnessing the golden sunset and possibly spotting predators on a hunt or a fresh kill—an unforgettable start to your Serengeti adventure.

Day 3

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, you’ll set out for a morning game drive, catching the park at its most active time as predators hunt and grazers roam freely across the plains. Enjoy incredible wildlife sightings until midday, then return to the lodge for lunch and some rest. In the afternoon, you’ll begin your journey out of Serengeti, enjoying a final game drive along the way. Later, you’ll drive for about 3 hours to your lodge near the Ngorongoro gate, where you’ll relax and prepare for the next day’s crater adventure.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After an early breakfast, you will descend the crater on a journey to find the black rhino. Rhinos are the hardest to spot in the beautiful crater, as most animals will be easier to spot from this park due to it being a floor crater.
After lunch, you will do a game drive. You'll ascend the crater to the camp and pack for the trip to Arusha in your hotel.
