Discover Materuni Village on this immersive 1-day cultural and nature tour at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Moshi or a designated meeting point and drive through scenic coffee and banana plantations to the village. Meet the Chagga people and join a hands-on coffee-making class, learning to pick, roast, and brew your own fresh coffee while hearing local stories and songs. Afterward, hike through lush vegetation to the 50-meter Materuni Waterfall, where you can swim or relax in the natural pool. Enjoy a local hot lunch in the village before hiking back to meet your driver for return back to your hotel in Moshi.
