Transfer to Bwindi National Park

After breakfast you will drive to Bwindi national park. Its a 3-4hrs drive. You arrive, check inn, have lunch and go for Batwa cultural entertainment. Alternatively you can relax at the lodge as you prepare for the following day for gorilla tracking. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Gorilla Tracking - Transfer to Kigali

In the morning around 6am, you will have breakfast and transfer to the Park headquarters for a briefing at 7:30am on the rules to be observed during Gorilla trekking. You will be allocated a Gorilla family to trek and guides to lead you to the Gorillas. The trekking will be a 2-5 hour exercise and upon sighting the Gorillas you will spend one hour with them. Return for lunch, Later drive back to Kigali. Drop off at the hotel or airport.
