Day 1

Nairobi to Amboseli

Pick up from residence/ airport where you will be briefed about your safari and later drive to Amboseli National Park.
Lunch and check in at your hotel. Later enjoy an evening game drive in Amboseli National Park. The Amboseli is a place of wide dry plains, where boundless horizons are tucked into the corners of the sheltering sky. Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa largest mountain, lies just over the border in Tanzania, but the most impressive views of its snow-capped peak are to be found on the Amboseli side. The early light of dawn turns the mountain a dark hue of purple, shading the famous & Snows of Kilimanjaro ethereal pink. The sight of Kilimanjaro rising high above the herds of elephant crossing Amboseli plains is a classic African image. The park is centered around a large hill, with fantastic views of the surrounding plains, and is often crossed by whirlwinds that send columns of dust into the sky. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge.

Day 2

Enjoy an early morning game drive. Later back to the hotel for breakfast.
Mid-morning is spent at leisure utilizing the hotels facilities. An optional visit to a Maasai village can be planned after breakfast. The visit reveals the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. Lunch will be served. Later enjoy an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge.

Day 3

Amboseli to Lake Naivasha

Amboseli to Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, drive to Lake Naivasha arriving in time for lunch and check in. Afternoon get the chance to enjoy boat ride to the Lake Naivasha. It is the highest and the most beautiful of the Rift Valley lakes. At 1910m (6200f), the water is fresh and the lake is fringed with dense clumps of papyrus (ancient Egyptians once used this to make paper). Kingfishers use the papyrus as a perch, herons hide in it while searching for food. And also visit the Crescent Island. All meals and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa.

Day 4

Lake Nakuru

After breakfast, drive to Lake Nakuru National Park for late lunch and check in. Later enjoy game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. On the floor of the Great Rift Valley, surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland, lies the beautiful Lake Nakuru National Park. Visitors can enjoy the wide ecological diversity and varied habitats that range from Lake Nakuru itself to the surrounding escarpment and picturesque ridges. Lake Nakuru National Park is ideal for bird watching, hiking, picnic and game drives. It is known as the Bird watcher’s paradise and has more than 300 different of birds. It is also home to large animals like the Rhinos. Lake Nakuru National Park is also home to the big four i.e. Rhino, Leopard, Lion and Buffalo (Note that seeing these animals depends on how lucky you are). Later back to your hotel. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge.

Day 5

Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara

Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara

After breakfast, drive to through beautiful plains of Kenya to the Masai Mara game reserve, the only place you can experience annual wildebeest migration (July to October). Not forgetting the swarming mass of animals in the park, which include the big five i.e. the lion, the leopard, the buffalo, the rhino and the elephant. Stopover at the rift valley for photography, which has a startling contrast of landscape and natural beauty. Shop and test your bargaining power at the curios shops as you enjoy this spectacular view. 1300hs - 1400hrs, arrive at your hotel for lunch and check in. Spend the whole afternoon at leisure enjoying the facilities at the camp. In Mara, you get a chance of coming close to nature through the melodies of birds, the roars of the wild and not forgetting the tent above your head’. At 1430hrs enjoy an evening game drive in this reserve with a diverse flora and fauna. Dinner and overnight at Masai Mara Sopa Lodge.

At 0630hrs enjoy an early morning game drive in these 700 square miles of rolling, with a diverse variety of flora and fauna. At 0830hrs you will return to your lodge for complete breakfast then spend rest of the morning at leisure utilizing facilities at your lodge. At 1300hrs enjoy a buffet lunch at the lodge. Spend the afternoon at leisure enjoying facilities at the lodge, which include a swimming pool. This the best moments for you to relax away from the hustles and bustles of everyday life in this unique destination. At 1530hrs do a late afternoon game viewing drive.
