Day 8

Serengeti

Serengeti

We recommend 4 or more days to truly enjoy Serengeti National Park. Not only is it huge, but it also hosts distinct ecosystems, from grasslands to forested areas, unique rock formations, and rivers. Each day can be a new adventure within Serengeti. It is one of the most ancient, untouched ecosystems in the world, and it has the largest lion population in the world! In the Serengeti alone, there are estimated to be over 3,000 lions - that’s on par with the number of lions residing in Botswana. It is also the deal location to see all the Big Five of Africa, including leopards. You have the option to take bush walks with an armed ranger. Seronera is often called the "big cat capital of Africa" for its famous resident lions, cheetahs, and leopards.

Full-board: Meals and overnight included.
Top attractions: Great migration at Mara and Grumeti Rivers (depending on the time of the year).

Note: Ask about mobile luxury camping, especially during the great migration in Northern Serengeti.
