Fly from Entebbe to Kisoro

You will be picked up from your hotel at 6:00 am and transferred to the airport for your flight to Kisoro. Flight sets off at around 8:30 am, arriving in Bwindi National Park by 11:00 am. Our guide will be waiting at the airstrip to transfer you to the lodge. It is about a 2-hour drive or less. You'll check in and relax the rest of the afternoon. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Gorilla Tracking - Batwa Cultural Entertainment

Early morning breakfast at 7:00 am, you'll go for gorilla tracking. The briefing starts around 7:30 am. Tracking starts at 8 am. The time taken depends on the movement of the gorillas. You spend one hour with the gorillas. Lunch will either be a packed lunch or a hot lunch at the lodge, depending on the time you finish.

In the afternoon, you will enjoy Batwa cultural entertainment.
The experience takes place outside of the park in an old-growth forest on land that is next to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Park. The Batwa experience begins with a nature walk, a hike through the forest, seeing the forest in a new way, through the eyes of the original people of the Forest. You'll learn how they hunted the small animals they used for food, what things they gathered, and how traps and nets were used.
Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.
