After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel and driven for about two hours to the entrance of Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, you’ll meet your guide at the gate of your selected accommodation for a short briefing on safety and tips for the night game drive.
As darkness falls, you’ll embark on an exclusive night safari, where the park comes alive with nocturnal wildlife. This rare experience offers the chance to see leopards, lions, elephants, antelopes, porcupines, and genets in their natural habitat. Dinner is not included, so it is recommended to enjoy an early meal before the adventure begins, ensuring you can fully immerse yourself in the magic of Tanzania’s nighttime wilderness.

After breakfast at your lodge or hotel, you will depart for a game drive in Tarangire National Park. This stunning park is famous for its iconic baobab and acacia trees and is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including zebras, elephants, giraffes, and waterbucks that gather near the Tarangire River. At this time of year, you may also spot elephant herds, common elands, lesser kudu, leopards, lions, and cheetahs. Birdlife is abundant and adds vibrant colors and sounds to the park’s magical atmosphere.
Later in the day, you will continue exploring the park on a game drive before your guide drives you back to your lodge or hotel for dinner and an overnight stay, allowing you to relax and reflect on the wonders of Tarangire.

After breakfast, you will begin a scenic road transfer from Karatu to Serengeti National Park. Upon arrival, you can visit the Hippo Pool, where you’ll observe these magnificent animals relaxing in the cool waters alongside crocodiles, creating a truly captivating scene.
Next, you will explore the world-renowned Serengeti National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for its incredible wildlife and diverse bird species. Keep an eye out for lions, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, wild dogs, gazelles, and crocodiles as you immerse yourself in the park’s vibrant ecosystem. In the early evening, return to your lodge for a sundowner, dinner, and an overnight stay, reflecting on the wonders of this iconic safari destination.

Later in the day, enjoy a scenic road transfer to a comfortable mid-range lodge near Karatu, where you can relax and unwind for the evening.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After breakfast, you will transfer from Karatu to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a packed lunch along the way. Explore the stunning Ngorongoro Crater, home to nearly every species of East African wildlife, including the rare black rhino, and featuring rivers, swamps, a lake, forest, and open plains. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the Hippo Pool while observing the abundant wildlife in this natural caldera, which shelters over 30,000 animals. In the afternoon, you will continue to your hotel in Arusha or Arusha Airport for your onward journey.
