After breakfast, your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Zanzibar at 7:30 AM and transfer you to the airport for your 8:00 AM air travel to Arusha. You’ll arrive around 9:15 AM, where your safari guide will welcome you. After a brief safari introduction, embark on a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park for an exciting game drive, enjoying a picnic lunch amidst the park’s stunning landscapes. In the afternoon, continue to your lodge in Karatu village for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.
Tarangire, named after the Tarangire River, is a vital water source during the dry season and is famous for its elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Its diverse habitats, from grassy plains to seasonal swamps, support giraffes, bushbucks, hartebeests, lions, leopards, and more. You may witness a lion hunting or a leopard resting in the treetops as you explore this wildlife haven.

Day 2

After a delicious breakfast, your safari continues with a scenic drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for a full day game drive. Once you descend into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, you’ll find yourself in one of Africa’s most remarkable natural wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The crater is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, offering one of the best opportunities to spot the legendary Big Five prides of lions, herds of buffalo, elephants, elusive leopards, and the rare black rhino. Its lush grasslands, acacia forests, and crater lakes also attract an array of birdlife, including flocks of flamingos. The compact ecosystem means you can encounter a wide variety of animals within minutes.
A picnic lunch will be enjoyed at a designated site inside the crater. After your game drive, you will be transferred back to your lodge in Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

Scenic Game Drive at Lake Manyara with Lions Elephants Flamingos and Rift Valley Views
After a hearty breakfast, your safari guide will meet you at the lodge and set off on a scenic drive to Lake Manyara National Park, along the base of the dramatic Great Rift Valley escarpment. The park is incredibly diverse, with dense groundwater forests, open savannahs, acacia woodlands, and a vast soda lake alive with birdlife
During game drive, watch for tree climbing lions resting in acacia branches, as well as elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and troops of baboons near the entrance. Bird enthusiasts will enjoy over 500 species, including flamingos, pelicans, hornbills. Hidden hot springs and patches of forest create secret oases within the park’s striking landscapes.
A picnic lunch will be served in a scenic spot. After exploring the park’s highlights, you will return to Arusha Airport for your air travel to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, a transfer will take you to your hotel, concluding your memorable 3-day safari
