Your adventure begins with an early morning flight from Zanzibar Airport at 8:00 am to the Serengeti. Arriving at Ndutu Airstrip around 11:00 am, you will be warmly greeted by your safari guide and set off on your first thrilling game drive. Midday brings a packed picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the park, followed by continued exploration of the Ndutu plains until late afternoon (around 4:00 pm). In the evening, return to your camp for relaxation, followed by dinner served between 7:00 pm and 9:30 pm, and an overnight stay.
Safari Highlight Ndutu Calving Season: From late December to March, the southern Serengeti bursts to life as over 400,000 wildebeest calves are born on nutrient-rich grasslands. Predators like lions, cheetahs, and hyenas converge, creating one of the planet’s most extraordinary wildlife spectacles.

Program of the Day: Wake up early and enjoy a magical morning of game drives in Serengeti National Park, witnessing the iconic wildlife in their natural habitat. In the afternoon, depart for Ngorongoro and check in at your accommodation located in Karatu. Staying in Karatu gives you the perfect opportunity to descend into the Crater the following morning, when animals are most active.
Serengeti is famed for its spectacular migrating herds of zebras, antelopes, and wildebeest. You may also encounter resident predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs, fulfilling their role in the circle of life.

Program of the Day: After breakfast, depart for a thrilling game drive inside the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, the largest unbroken caldera on earth and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore its lakes, Savannah, and woodlands home to over 500 bird species, zebras, wildebeest, gazelles, hippos, and the endangered black rhino.
Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot before continuing your wildlife adventure. In the afternoon, transfer to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar, departing at 4:30 pm and arriving at 5:45 pm. Upon arrival, our driver will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel, marking the perfect end to your unforgettable safari with Mamnana Adventures.
