Transfer from Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport to Serengeti National Park

Your safari adventure begins with a morning pick-up from your lodge or airport, followed by a scenic drive to the legendary Central Serengeti. Enjoy a picnic lunch along the way as you travel through the beautiful Tanzanian countryside.

Upon entering Serengeti National Park, begin your first exciting game drive. Explore the endless grasslands, acacia trees, and rolling landscapes while looking out for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and other wildlife in their natural habitat. The Serengeti is also famous for the Great Migration, one of Africa’s most spectacular wildlife experiences.

Later, continue to your selected accommodation, where you can relax, enjoy a freshly prepared dinner, and settle in for the night.

Transfer: Serengeti → Ngorongoro (Approx. 2 hours)

Wake up early and enjoy a magical morning of game drives in Serengeti National Park, witnessing the iconic wildlife in their natural habitat. In the afternoon, depart for Ngorongoro and check in at your accommodation located at the Rim. Staying on the rim gives you the perfect opportunity to descend into the Crater the following morning, when animals are most active.

Serengeti is famed for its spectacular migrating herds of zebras, antelopes, and wildebeest. You may also encounter resident predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs, fulfilling their role in the circle of life.

Ngorongoro Crater Descent, Wildlife Game Drive & Safari Finale to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport

Rise early and enjoy a hearty breakfast before embarking on a descent into the iconic Ngorongoro Crater for an exciting game drive. Carry along your packed lunch as you explore the Crater floor, home to an incredible variety of wildlife. After the game drive, you will be transferred to Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport, marking the finale of your safari adventure.

The Ngorongoro Crater is like stepping into a hidden world. As you make your way down, the scenery unfolds dramatically, and once on the Crater floor, you’ll encounter a rich tapestry of life from zebras, gazelles, and wildebeest to more than 500 bird species. Keep an eye out for the rare black rhino grazing in the open plains, one of the Crater’s most prized sightings.
