Program of the day: Upon arrival, your safari guide from Mamnana Adventures will pick you up from either your hotel in Arusha/Kilimanjaro or from Arusha/Kilimanjaro International Airport, depending on your location. Depart in a private 4x4 safari Jeep for Lake Manyara National Park, enjoying a game drive with packed lunch boxes. Afterward, transfer to Karatu for relaxation, dinner, and your overnight stay.

Lake Manyara is famous for its tree-climbing lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards (rare), flocks of flamingos, and lively baboon colonies along the park roads. Wildlife spotting begins almost immediately!

Ndutu Safari Adventure, Witness Wildebeest Calving & Predator Action in the Southern Serengeti

Begin your day with an early breakfast before setting out for an unforgettable full-day game drive in the Southern Serengeti's renowned Ndutu region. Explore the vast open plains as your expert guide searches for an incredible variety of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, lions, cheetahs, and hyenas in their natural habitat.

From late December to March, Ndutu becomes the stage for the spectacular wildebeest calving season, when over 400,000 calves are born across the nutrient-rich grasslands. This remarkable event attracts numerous predators, offering exceptional opportunities to witness dramatic wildlife interactions and the circle of life.

Enjoy a delicious picnic lunch at a scenic location within the park before continuing your afternoon game drive until around 4:00 pm. Return to your lodge to relax, followed by dinner served between 7:00 pm and 9:30 pm, and an overnight stay.

Ndutu Safari Adventure, Witness the Great Migration & Overnight in Karatu

Program of the day: Today, you’ll wake up early and enjoy a delicious breakfast before heading out in your private 4x4 safari Jeep to the Ndutu area of the Serengeti to witness the great migration. Keep your eyes peeled for leopards, cheetahs, lions, wildebeests, zebras, and other herbivores, especially during the calving season.

In the afternoon, you’ll depart for Karatu, arriving at your accommodation for the night. Staying in Karatu positions you perfectly to descend into Ngorongoro Crater early the next morning, when wildlife is most active.

Serengeti National Park is famous for the spectacular migration, the largest herd movement of wildebeests, zebras, and other animals, which is highly dependent on the rainfall season. The best time to experience it is mid-December to early April, during the calving season.
