After an early breakfast, you'll depart for Murchison Falls National Park. Along the Masindi road, you'll make a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to visit the reintroduced white rhinos. Enjoy lunch at the sanctuary before continuing your journey to Murchison Falls—one of Africa's most spectacular parks. Upon arrival in the late afternoon, you'll embark on a short game drive to begin your wildlife adventure.

Transfer to Kibale

Start your day with an early morning game drive in Murchison Falls National Park as you begin your journey to Kibale Forest. Along the way, you’ll travel near Lake Albert, where, on a clear day, the views from the top of the Albert Rift are simply breathtaking. By afternoon, you’ll arrive in Kibale Forest, where you'll drift off to sleep surrounded by the soothing sounds of the tropical rainforest.

Day 3

Chimpanzee Tracking

Chimpanzee Tracking

At 8:00 AM, after a short briefing, you'll set out on a 4-hour chimpanzee tracking experience in Kibale Forest. Along the way, keep an eye out for up to 10 other primate species, as well as a vibrant array of butterflies and birdlife—making this a paradise for nature lovers. (A reasonable level of physical fitness is recommended.)

In the afternoon, you'll depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park via Fort Portal. Arriving in the evening at Mweya, you'll check in and unwind at the lodge, surrounded by the beauty of the park.

In Queen Elizabeth National Park

In Queen Elizabeth National Park

Begin the day with an early morning game drive across the scenic plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park, home to thousands of Uganda kobs, elephants, lions, and more. In the afternoon, enjoy a two-hour boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, offering a unique waterside view of hippos, buffalo, elephants, and a variety of birdlife. After the cruise, you'll head out for a late afternoon game drive to further explore the park’s rich wildlife.

Early morning game drive will be conducted in Ishasha sector in Queen Elizabeth as we drive out of the park as we leave for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

The scenic route runs through a verdant countryside while you pass traditional homesteads and farms.

Day 6

Gorilla Trekking

Today is dedicated to the unforgettable experience of gorilla tracking. At 7:45 AM, you'll report to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest headquarters for a pre-trek briefing. The trek begins at 8:30 AM, leading you through dense forest in search of a habituated gorilla family. Once located, you'll spend a magical hour observing these gentle giants in their natural habitat. All trekkers are expected to return to the starting point by 7:00 PM. Good physical fitness is highly recommended for this adventure.

To Lake Bunyonyi

We will leave for Lake Bunyonyi, After the challenging and strenuous hike in Bwindi the previous day, some relaxing moments on the shores of this peaceful lake are most welcome. The options here are birding, nature walks, swimming or canoeing. You can decide on which activity to undertake on this day.
